Do you guys now own the master or does Unidisc in Canada/Sony in the US still own the master?

I was born in 1970, and this has been one of my favourite songs since I can remember. I think it was on the Roadie movie soundtrack. That whole soundtrack changed my life, but I've never seen the movie.

I have loved these guys for more years than I care to think about.
Mom and Dad never drank but sang this song after a good party! Love good clean fun!
My father met these guys at our local Legion way back in the 80's and they asked him to bring his family to the concert that night. We had stage seats and saw the entire performance. I was a young guy but my big sister went to the local pubs with them that night. With my fathers permission. She said they where the perfect dates ( all of them) and when she wanted to go home they all walked he out of the pub and put her into the taxi for her trip home. Today I still wish I was 2 years older so I could have gone along to the pub.
I remember listening to it and singing along with the radio.
Helluva party! Cheers, lads! Rest in peace Jim 🫶🌈
🍀Always have been and will always be a fan! Thank you for sharing your music!🍀 Peace!
REMONDS ME OF A PARTY I WENT TO WHEN I WAS IN THE NAVY .
I prefer the earlier stuff of my childhood, but this one was pretty good in my early twenties.
I have no idea, thanks to the alcoholic haze, how many times I saw them at The Unicorn. Thanks for the memories!
I remember being at home watching them on tv,loving the show, my favourite one was jim r.i.p

This is an awesome song!
Great singing! ❤
Awesome - but 50 years all ready ? Hard to believe - am I that old?? lol
I was only 6 years old but the rovers were playing when the old fashion Atari 2600 was at My Home. They Played a few times on old fashion tv Hee Haw......
I remember my school singing with them at Cleary Auditorium in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Late 70s early 80s?
Groovy song for a bachelor party
If you look, you can see the first appearance of 'The Sorting Hat' starting at 0:46 of this video. It looks exactly like it.
I had this on 8 track ❤
Every day is a party and I don't wish to recover
Good times.

His cover completely misses the spirit of the song.

You know,. I started drinking around this era and it was an era that the drunker you got, the bigger the joke it was. TV shows made light of drinking and being drunk. I'm now sober 18 yrs but it was this era and societies view on drinking that contributed to my alcoholic bottom. I'm not blaming the time for my drinking problem. I just went on a lot longer than I would have if being drunk was looked at then like it is today.
Guys Are cool 😎
You Bye's had More Piano so...Hmmmm I'd go with You Boys! Whew! Glad that's over hehe
Nice 😂
This is practically my family's National Anthem, but I gotta ask: are these the same guys that sang that wonderful song about the unicorns?

I swear y'all wrote this song for my uncles who did 90% of this song! They stole the police chief cop car and cut down his trees at 3am! The track meet on main street lead to 90 day's! They got out and did it again! My aunts and my grandma was pissed off. 🤣🤣🤣
Good fun from better times. This one would have gotten the crowd amped up in Ottawa last weekend.
Well maybe I'm Irish. O'Grady
Where’s everybody lol.
whatever happened to music like this?? Now it's just shit!!
