This game was actually the reason why i found the song and. This game NEEDS to be remastered with the song included. The song itself has a story behind it but. I loved this old game. It was legendary. The trailer is very eye opening for such an old game

To this day, this game will never ever feel "outdated" great game.

P Murphy PCSX2 is a ps2 emulator for PC. You can basically play ps2 games on PC (provided you have a controller and a beefy PC)

When it goes from the trailer and that intro into Blurry still gives me goosebumps. God I loved this game, wish I could still play it

I too got it with AC7, and it wasn’t a preorder, but I’m fairly sure it was a temporary offer, though I’d say that if they gave it for free the game itself might be up for sale for Pennies to the dollar. Such a freakingly amazing game. Best in my life I reckon

From the opening to the last mission this is the only game that motivates me so much to do the missions, great music, script, and voice actors.

You definetly should!.. But make sure you follow the trilogy since the beginning. And watch out for spoilers and videos(just never search any forums or videos cause they can really spoil your fun).. R.I.P Chopper....when Chopper was gone the whole game afterwards was so quiet...like I was so used to listening to his bullshit that I felt so sad when it was all quiet and we just kept on talking about mission nothing else...

Thangjam Kelvin I legit restarted the mission because I thought I had messed up and the mission had 2 possible endings. Did EVERYTHING in my power to save his ass and was so sad when I realized I couldn't :(

Clay Miller Yeah it was hard to take but that's how you know that AC5 had the best storyline. It's also how you know that AC5 did NOT have shitty voice acting. If the storyline and the voice actors managed to make you care, they did a great job.

Definitely THIS is one of the best trailers/intros of a game ever developed. Not over produced, excelent score. Make even the dumbest of the guys buy this game!

There's something about the old voice acting that's better than modern/recent one when they have the ball. The cadence, the fitting voices. They don't talk naturally, like actual soldiers or whatever, but they're great, distinctive conversations.

This is the game that defined my entire teenage life. Best series hands down. And it turned me on to Puddle Of Mudd in middle school. EDIT : Just realized I got a free download of this with my AC7. I’m playing it now and teaching my kids the joys of my childhood.

Never tired of watching this on my PS2 back in the day. That transition to Blurry was Legendary.

Best Ace Combat ever!!!!! All I want is and HD version of this game. Please!!!!

This, so much this. I haven't seen a single game trailer since that has pumped me up as much as this one did.

It's amazing how powerful this game is. You can tell by how easily this all comes back to us. This brings back memories...

Still the best AC in the entire series. Watching in 2022.

Might not mean much, but when I was A kid, I do believe 10yo when this game came out.. I was going through a lot of things with my family. My grandparents took me in..They bought me a ps2 and this game. My grandparents made me feel safe. And this game made me feel strong...

By far the best ace combat ever, the gameplay was solid, the story and characters were epic

Nicholas P-H Well, there's Yukikaze, which is kinda similar (I think that the ADFX and ADF planes were influenced by or had influence on the design of the Super Sylph and the FFR-41 from Yukikaze).

This game series taught me to fly. I went for my pilot's licence and aced everything simply because everything had already become instinctive. It teaches your brain how to move in three dimensions.

I ended up working in naval aviation from interest sparked from this game, really had a good impact. The real thing is even more exhilarating. But what a perfect game (besides the voice acting and four horseman), I could see it branch off into so many things. The level design and sound track really wowed me, the battle sequences could be expanded into other franchises even and still be epic.

the tunnel mission and the last tight space you need to get through is epic, i try it for 3 hours to get it right haha.

God damnit, goosebumps every time! I'm not sure why this game is just so magical. The only flaw was it was too short! Please God, if you're out there, let Project Aces find a way to make this remake happen. I need this story with Ace Combat 7 gameplay!

Still one of my favorite games of all time here in 2020, they just don't make them like they use to. Wish they had just remastered Ace combat 5 with the graphics and mechanics that are in ace combat 7, would've been so great.

Memories do bring back when I saw this in my PS2, and I was surprised when heard Steve Blumm aka (Tank Dempsey) voice from this day

Gameplay-nice, story-great, soundtrack-AWESOME! One evidence that a games quality is not based on its graphics. In fact even this were outstanding for the release date.

Hi it's 2019 Ace Combat 7 is finally out. It's Amazing.

If they remake this game in HD and put it on steam, I will still buy it for $100 bucks. And I know many Many people who felt this game will do the do~

Just watching this intro gets me hyped for this game again. I feel like this was one of the best intros ever made for its time, because they made it like a movie trailer and the graphics were also really good. Man, I'm gonna have to take another trip through this game. AC Zero, too.

Something I noticed-the Intro implies that something known as Razgriz set up this war, maybe originating from the Belkan War…which isn’t too far off from the actual plot when you think about it. Except Razgriz isn’t the villain here-in fact, we are Razgriz.

I love this game so much! Its such a great lesson about life and prevealing over the impossible with the freinds you make along your way to your destination. They have you back and youve got theres. Blurry is such a perfect song for this game truley meant to be.

This game changed my life. Gave me a purpose and a goal to join he military. No other game made me get up at 7 in the morning in 2018, dig up my old ps2 and spend 30 minutes getting it to run. This game will always have a place in my heart. Other games come and go but this game after more than a decade keeps pulling me back. Ace combat 5 defined my life. Thank you project aces!

Honestly the version they included with Ace Combat 7 was great. It was just a resolution bump, view distances were slightly increased and they added the trophy system. They did an amazing job making it the first time around. Though it would be pretty great to see the landscapes and planes in 4K.

You're not alone man, I did too. Then I got angry and destroyed every Yuktobanian plane that I could hit. The squad had been through so much together and it really changed the tone of the game after he died.

I remember playing this and still do remember playing this just wanted to comment that this is still one of my favorite games I always turn the afterburners to full and felt powerful loved the story line also from a grunt to a ace then to a Demon will always remember being named the Demon of Razgriz

This game was so good, glad I experienced it, by chance. The plane that the wings extended was so badass.. I got very good at being an Ace Combat Pilot. ✈️
