Love it when someone shares their story. Most inspirational part was Dustin's humility.

Thank you!
Non cyclists don’t realize that happiness and mental well-being are only a bike ride away! Thanks DK for this great story; brought a big smile to my face. Kudos to Dustin for sharing his story!😀🚴🏻♂️
Sobriety dramatically improves the quality of your life, so does cycling. Combine them and you strengthen you sobriety through cycling and being sober let’s you enjoy the cycling life to its full extent. Great video! Very inspiring.
Cycling saved me too. I should never have stopped when I got out of college.
Samuel Beckett’s Mantra was “Try again. Fail again. Fail better.” Love this story. Thanks for sharing homie
Cycling without a doubt helped me cope with COVID and the isolation of it. Now it's just part of my week-to-week routine, keeps me healthy and clears my head.
Inspiring to hear such sincerity and honesty. Love how he persevered and that he has a loving family to share his passion for cycling. There is something about cycling that fuels our spirit.
My dad is currently dying of luekemia, and my mom has descended into dementia in the last 6 months. Riding my bike everyday is the only way I take the edge off (I'm sober). I'm so grateful to have cycling in my life.

Much love and respect for you my dude!
What an inspiring guy! I just watched this video after cycling 80km, the last 25 being under pouring rain to get home. It was the hardest thing I've done in a long time, and I'm so proud of myself. So I 100% see where he comes from with the feeling of cycling. Thank you Dustin for the amazing content.
Every time I hear Ryan's name here, I have to go back and listen to his old albums
As an avid cyclist that has a background in social work and struggles with addiction themself.. this warms my heart and makes me motivated to get on the saddle.
The only non judgemental consistent companion in life has been and still is my bike, my saviour. Wicked story....thanks muchly.
It has always amazed me how cyclists always form communities. What made you happy as a kid will help you when you are an adult.

hendo rips! saved my butt going over Lolo pass last autumn after his tire shot a rock into my already bent derailure and snapped it
Gotta love it- Adversity, overcoming, perseverance, happy endings, and track bikes. Oh la la!
Documentary quality video. Both Dustins rock. I want to forward this to my nephew who is having a tough time coping with the hardships that have come his way. Thank you.

you just made my day! I hope this helps your Nephew too!
I think anyone having difficulties in their life, needs the support of family & friends but ultimately it comes from within them, that realisation that they want something different, listening to Dustin has parallels with my own son - it lifted me.
The thing I find most inspiring is that he got back on that horse.
Love these personal interviews you are doing Dustin. Keep them coming!
So glad i got to spend time with Hendo! Miss you guys ❤️😭

Thank you to both Dustin’s. I think the best thing he said is don’t let a failure be a failure, learn from it and it’s not a failure. Thanks again to bot( of you.

Hey Chazz, how's it going. No no short cuts just keep trying. Pretty soon it's the long way home👍☮.
Awesome story. I appreciate his non-BS approach that life is a DIY deal. and his YOU are the one responsible and in charge of your life message.
Best...video...EVER. Well done.
240 miles? What?! Sick-you go bro…thanks for the post.
I'm 46 and my story is just like his. Minus the jail thing. Great story.
Nobody is gunna try harder to help you than you…. Words to live by. Self love will ultimately spread love to the people around you.
Amazing story, bicycling has changed so many lives. You need to just keep pushing yourself.
Lot of truth nuggets flying out of that man's mouth. Good video, Dustins
The whole story SUPER DOPE 💯🤘
Since I follow you almost from the beginning of your channel and see all your friends from the old omtm I never in my life will though Dustin passed by such of hard times. My hat off to you my man. Next docu....Suko warrior!
What a great person. Respect his storie and a great Happyend. Best regards from germany
This guy needs to be invited to Ted Talk! So inspiring
Awesome vid! Today I suddenly had an idea for a new series for you. Maybe 1 part or 2. Call it something like: “Controversial gear choices for gravel riders.” Could be a great episode to talk about. 1. Bibs vs. MTB shorts. 2. Visor or no visor helmet (which honestly was a massively impactful decision at higher gravel speeds). 3. Narrow or wide tires. 4. Dropper seat post or standard. 5. Camelback or bottle. 6. Front fork or no fork. I know these questions went through my mind as I started riding gravel more. Everyone has an opinion on what is best in these categories and more. But it would be great to hear yours!
So much honesty and Grade A passion for bikes and life. Love to see anyone overcome the things they struggle with.

What a great story... Love to see how bikes saves lives. Congrats to you Dustin Henderson and thanks for sharing. Biking has been such a boost to my mental health too... and I enjoy your tube DK!
We are all a hair’s breadth away from personal disaster. I hope I can have the character to respond like your guest. Kudos
We had a MTB group in our place, they all stop and I'm the one who keep goin.i must keep going no matter what.you motivate me guys.
Awww man I wish I was not cutting onions during this video!!!
I mean as much as I love all your other videos, this one was amazing, DK. Legit amazing.
Hell yeah. "KEEP TRYING"
Excellent work Dustin. I know for sure bikes are good medicine. I'm not sure people understand. It's every thing a person needs. And can change to suit your needs. You can focus on your riding and block every thing out. You can focus on your thoughts just pedal and meditate on a problem. You can focus on your health. Take a long ride, and when it over. You will have had plenty of exercise your mind will be calm, you can eat what you want, and you are going to sleep well tonight. Win win win.

Awesome vid! Bike subsidies should be included in health care plans!
I loved every moment of this - thank you Dustin, for your sincerity and humble, thoughtful advice.
Great story. Most inspirational was when he said you have to go out and do it yourself and maybe do it differently? Which I would love to hear how he did that, what was the next step after getting fired from that job? Thanks for sharing his story!!
Love these profiles DK 👍👍

Seems like an awesome guy. Great interview
"I want to go for a bike ride". My son said that once. To be fair I was threatening to put his play station down the garbage disposal so maybe he wasn't being sincere, lol. Great story from Dustin (the other one). My kinda people!
