Thank you for saying this. I’ve had similar thoughts. I’m more about how is medicine abroad? Will the colleagues be extremely aspiring people? As I would wanna surround myself with them rather than earning loads and having dumb people working with me. Field matters to me a lot and as for surgical field, USMLE is more based on selecting. 4-5 IMGs only and I may have a chance too but I don’t wanna waste my years of experience just in getting that and trying for it.
