    The way she speaks of therapy and going to therapy, it seems like going to therapy was more normal then than it is now.

    I am inclined to think that those of us who are open to looking deeply at ourselves and have the desire to become more congruent, then therapy is something to look forward to. Kindly, C.

    “I may not make it, I may feel doomed by various circumstances” Carl Rogers (empathy is there ). “I know I’m seeing it in a black and white way and that’s not reality (Sylvia) “ - But it is reality ..” Rogers. Client feels her sadness is “dramatic” and Rogers mentions the fear and the sadness and that these are very real.

    do you think his response is from his frame of reference? or is this something the client is experiencing regardless her reasoning?
