Now, the return of Roboute Guilliman, cause for hope for the Imperium? Yes and no. With the creation of Imperium Nihilus due to the Warp, this has caused much turmoil. Into things comes Belisarius Cawl, "look at my new Primaris!" The Primaris are stronger than original Marines, but haven't been glue that held the Imperium together. The Torch Bearer had Primaris technology, but not all ended up in safe harbours! Traitors like the Alpha Legion now have Primaris technology because some Torch fleets were ambushed. Ironic, Guilliman wanted stronger Marines, but enabled the Traitors to gain access to this technology.
