The Egyptians literally described their “gods” as coming from the “underworld” and symbolized them using a serpent. Those same gods dominated the Sumerian culture. Greek “mythology” is not mythology but a true account, just not relating the actual truth of God but instead telling the truth about what they were told. In Greek mythology, the fallen angels were slightly honest but perverted the truth just enough to make themselves appear as gods. The Greek gods “came down to earth from the clouds, and mated with humans to produce ‘heros’” when in reality, God explains that fallen angels were cast out of heaven down to earth, at which point they took human wives and created “abominations”, the Nephilim, of which the disembodied spirits you may know of as demons. And I’m sure you’ve actually seen a quite accurate depiction of these demons in movies, TV, and elsewhere. Although they don’t look like what you’re thinking. In reality you are deceived into thinking these demons are aliens. Revelation 16:13 “And I saw three unclean spirits that looked like *frogs* come out of the mouth of the beast, false prophet, and the dragon. They were demonic spirits who went to the kings of the earth to gather them for the great day of the Lord, and to deceive the whole world performing signs and wonders.” There you have it, the final deception will be a bunch of demons, who you have (by no accident) been conditioned to think of as “aliens”, showing up and performing “wonders”, most likely to do with advanced technology and such, as we are currently seeing in the recent UFO videos being released by the Pentagon. I pray that you open your eyes because no matter how hard you believe in these lies, the truth is out there, all you need to do is look, just as I did. When Dawkins says “I don’t know but you don’t know either.” He means: “your ARGUMENT for what existed before the Big Bang actually DEMONSTRATES that you do not know what existed before the BB, BECAUSE the evidence/proofs you provide in your argument are weak/insupportable.” An analogy might be if your friend tells you he knows it will rain tomorrow because he’s wearing a red t shirt. His point is that physicists, our best chance at finding actual answers to these sorts of questions, have not yet ironed out a strong theory for what the pre-big-bang looked like. As such, someone else coming along and saying, "Oh, I know!" and proceeding to make up an explanation provides absolutely no academic value whatsoever. There's no evidence (or replicability) of religious claims and predictions, so asserting that they are the equivalent of "I don't know" is a completely fair statement.

Human beings no matter how much we learn will be ignorant to the vast majority of all there is to know, even the fact that our minds are indeed limited (in all of their faculties, such as reasoning, power, memory, perception.. etc.) should cause one to have some humility. The Islamic argument is this: there is indeed a God, we didn’t make him up, we revived direct revelation through the Prophet Mohammad peace be upon him (and the prophets before him also received revelation, such as the prophets Abraham, Noah, Moses, Jesus and many many more, peace be upon them all). All the past scriptures have been tampered with, the Quran on the other hand, is the direct revelation from the Creator of the Universe, and it is completely unaltered and preserved. The Islamic challenge is that if sincerely study the Quran, or a translation of it if you do not speak Arabic, read the book 📖 from cover to cover, WITH A SINCERE INTENTION of finding the truth; YOU WILL see the divine nature of the Quran and you will know that if it was from anyone other that the creator of the universe, you would have found many differences in it. So this is our standing as muslims: YES WE KNOW, because Allah has INFORMED us, and you can become informed as well. I challenge anyone who reads this who sincerely is seeking truth and divine guidance to read a translation of the Holy Quran. But if you are so deluded to think you already know it all, or to think that no one knows, then there really nothing we can do to help those whom Allah has chosen to not guide to the righteous path. @@omarismaeel7838naturalist is where you get morals from there’s no objective moral ( Is something inherently evil because God says so, or does it become evil because God says so? ) and after all humans will have to interpret whatever god is or says therefore subjective there’s no objective moral in religion neither atheism both on same ground. Rather it’s explained by evolution and science ( all social animals all have morals not just humans ( they are also monkeys ) but all social animals will have this feature in them called moral to live with each other and survive as whole.

There is no good reason to believe in gods if you are a man of the 21st century in a developed country. Religion thrives in ignorance. Before Darwin most people believed that the story of the world was just like the bible. This myth are created because we are uncomfortable with what we do not know so a religion gives you a clear view of the world and it also gives you porpouse. We live in a natural world and there is no good reason to believe in "supernatural" things. All we have is "revelation and mystical accounts" which are just bullshit. Every religion has both of those and you cant go against any of them. In any other scenario it would be just dementia

That's because a lot of things are ridiculous. But that is never his argument, he always details what is ridiculous (if he calls something ridiculous) To this day I haven't seen a logical argument made against him once. Take this video for example: it's a fact that nobody knows how the universe started, because nobody has any proof. So where is the arrogance? Dawkins was just stating facts.

Now I can sit here and lecture you on the evidences brought forth by the Quran, which we believe is gods words VERBATIM, such as the mention of the universe expanding, all life being made from water, the accurate description of embryology, and iron being sent down by meteors, all of which have only recently been proven but have been mentioned in the quran 1400 YEARS ago. Or perhaps some bold predictions such as the defeat of the Persians by the Romans within a SPECIFIED number of years. Heres the question I would like to ask you. At what point do all these presented evidences stop becoming "just another coincidence" for you?

There's no proof of universe coming out of *nothingness* . That's neither scientifically nor logically correct. So there must be some deity who made something that caused the creation of universe. And if universe just came sparkle then how is it still expanding and who is expanding it? Ever heard of *miracles* eh? All the Astronomical, Geological, Embryological, Biological and other types of miracles are in Quran. Its beauty attracts everyone. It mentioned each and everything about Geo-Science accurately. And how tf can your eyes, ears, nose be placed just at the right position? You know if u lacked an organ u would have died. There's no way such a coincidence could have come into existence. And where does CONSCIOUSNESS come from? Yeah right you can't explain that.

It isn't arrogance, it is logical thinking. You can most definitely know if another person doesn't know what is happening outside of a locked room that you are in together.

Muslim logic: How do you know if someone else shares a mutual stance with you on not knowing something? It's called 'we both agree that we don't know,' ghabi.

At least he is not arrogant enough to claim he knows the answer. He simply says we don’t know and we are looking into not.

Arrogance is when you assert to know the answer without actually proving that the answer is true which Dawkins is right about. Nobody knows what happened before the big bang whether you like it or not.

You are the one who is arrogant because you pretend that you know all the answers. His position is the most humble one.

Big Bang in The Quran 21:30: “Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the Earth were meshed together then We ripped them apart? And then We made of water everything living? Would they still not believe?” How could an illiterate man who lived 1400 years ago have known that the universe came from a Big Bang? (If he wasn’t Prophet) The universe has been EXPANDING ever since the Big Bang Quran 51:47: “And the heaven, We built it with craftsmanship and We are still expanding.” ٤٧ وَالسَّمَاءَ بَنَيْنَاهَا بِأَيْدٍ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ How could an illiterate man who lived 1400 years ago have known about the expansion of the universe? (if he wasn’t Prophet of God) "It is not the eyes that are blind, but their hearts which are in their breasts." (The Qur’an, Surah Al- Hajj, verse 46 ) If the heart is sick or blind, knowledge can produce disastrous results. The blind or sick heart distorts and dislocates knowledge.

The Qur’an does not contain scientific miracles, as some claim to gain from spreading these myths to exploit people’s ignorance of the Arabic language. Accept the Qur’an as a spiritual book and derive spirituality from it, but do not involve it in science because the Arabic word is "موسعون.” Here it means capable, not expanding, and the heavenens and earth were meshed together then we ripped thim apart ,It does not indicate the Big Bang, because when the Big Bang happened, there was no heaven or earth! Your claim that they knew about the solar system; many Islamic civilizations had very advanced maths and such, and observed that the the position of the sun and planets etc was subject to change. Humans have known for quite some time about weather cycles, seasons, etc. So it is absolutely believable that a human could make that educated guess about orbits. Every creature made of water? Well we can't live without it, and every plant can't live without, nor any animal; water and food, the two things that no living thing can live without, with water being the most rudimentary as food comes in many forms. Once again it doesn;t take a revelation from God to deduce that water is utterly vital to our being. Granted, some of this stuff is impressive to have been known/guessed so long ago. But is divine revelation the only valid explanation? As I've just explained, no, it's not.

Earth and heavens were never a mass , earth came after 9 billion years after big bang , if they were actually a mass , earth would have been same age as the universe . 2 Muhammad thought in hadith that the sun goes to god throne and take permission before rising up again which is obviously not true , earth revolves in orbit around the sun , sun does nothing because it is fixed on its axe . 3 mountains are not formed to stop earth from shaking because they were not always in earth , they were formed over time and they are still being formed and they have nothing to do with stopping earth from shaking. Conclusion , Quran came for our guidance not for explaining theories and science

You completely missed the point. Ignorance of what happened before the big bang is completely separate to ignorance of what others know about what happened before the big bang. I do not need to know how to travel faster than the speed of light to know that you don't know either.

Mohammed Hijab is cute , but agnosticism is not the same as ignorance, he just revealed his ignorance by asserting such.

The same question came to my mind when I saw this interview.

Well if anyone knows, goatherd and prove it scientifically. But don’t to the religious nonsense argument: we don’t know therefor it must be god. Dawkins is taking about scientific proof, which may be difficult to understand for theists since you like to stay away from scientific evidence as far as you can. But it absolutely makes sense what he said, no one knows it, because no one was able to proof it scientifically

Mohammed Hijab’s point about ‘arrogant ignorance’ is based on his own misunderstanding of Dawkins’ point. When Dawkins says “I don’t know but you don’t know either.” He means: “your ARGUMENT for what existed before the Big Bang actually DEMONSTRATES that you do not know what existed before the BB, BECAUSE the evidence/proofs you provide in your argument are weak/insupportable.” An analogy might be if your friend tells you he knows it will rain tomorrow because he’s wearing a red t shirt. You may feel entitled in saying “I don’t know whether it will rain tomorrow, but neither do you.”

Saying "I don't know" is the least ignorant and arrogant thing that a person can say. It is proof that you aren't trying to find conclusions to modern ideas from centuries-old textbooks (you can figure out what I mean from that).

He is an atheist because he cannot see God even though humans are not on the same level as God.How can humans see God?Humans are only servants and God is the creator.

This reminds me of the arguments we used to have in kindergarten.
