The "I'll Quit Within the Year" Champon shop ranked No. 1 in Aichi Prefecture for four consecutive y

Tokoname "Chanpon-ya" Part 1: A couple born and raised in Nagasaki opened a restaurant in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture, 12 years ago, hoping to provide the "authentic taste" of Nagasaki. Ingredients such as noodles, chikuwa, and fish cakes are imported from Nagasaki, and the couple strives daily to create the taste of Nagasaki that they have known since childhood.
The restaurant is so popular that it has been ranked number one for four consecutive years in the gourmet food website "Netorabo's" ranking of "Top rated chanpon restaurants in Aichi Prefecture," and there is always a line of people waiting in line at lunch time.
The restaurant is run by Mr. and Mrs. Sasamoto, 74 and 75 years old. We followed them as they meticulously prepare their chanpon and Sara udon from early in the morning and continue to make the best chanpon and Sara udon.
The owner of the restaurant, who had made up his mind to quit within the year, was visited by a couple, also from Nagasaki Prefecture, who said they wanted to take over the restaurant. Will he be able to preserve the taste of chanpon that is loved in Tokoname? We will continue to follow the story.

    アメリカで見ました。 中華料理店が 増えているアメリカですが大都市に いけばもつと 美味しい 日本料理 がたべれると信じてます 私の住んでいるコロラドしゅうはメキシカンレストランとチャイ 二_ーズレストランで 寿司と ラ_メnもだしいぇます寿司もラ_メNも国際化されて日本の味は なかなか 出会えません 日本 美味しいもの沢山あります 福岡出身ですがチャンぽん いいですね、 2代めの片も 地元民に あいされ商売 成功されますよいに アメリカ でお祈りします
