Chris that stone or sand which the guy around the 25 minute mark on your video is called a “Desert Rose” and it’s actually a crystal. They sell it all the time in the Qatar, Souqs. They form in the desert and you can collect them and sell them. Keep it up great videos.

Yes only the saffron from Spain is the most expensive spice ,u know they grow it in Iran to and they use it in rice pilaf and also in North African dishes to like kofta and meats and cous cous and also In Indian saffron basmati rice, had some the other day and sent it back did not taste like saffron at all it was fake or the quality was just very crappy
