Tunisia Is the One! 🇹🇳
Today we're in El Kef, a little hilltop city up in Northwest Tunisia.
We kicked things off in Kef medina where we met some lovely people and explored some of the many ancient roman ruins of Tunisia.
Next we set off to climb the El Kef city walls but on the way ran into a lovely family who offered to cook us the famous dish of the region, we agreed to come back 3 hours later then off we went.
Finally we made it up the city walls and had an incredible view over the whole city and surrounding landscapes, on the way down we stopped at a little tea shop and had a good old Tunisian boga with the lads!
Now it was time to head back to our new friends restaurant to try the traditional Tunisian borzguene, a couscous dish cooked with lamb and loaded with nuts and dates, this thing was bloody delicious. After we ate our friends made us some arabic coffee with rose water then we had a little dance in the old streets.
We ended the day with a little 1 star hotel tour, this place was genuinely fantastic.
Tunisia is the one! 🇹🇳

Such a beautiful place!!
Another beautiful video about Tunisia and as for the ruins, they are Carthaginian because the construction method and the baths are known to be Carthaginian and are found in almost all Tunisian cities, even the symbols on the ruins are Carthaginian and maybe after the fall of Carthage it became affiliated with Rome but it remains Carthaginian. In fact, there are no radiocarbon studies of the ruins and historical sites in Tunisia and everything is automatically attributed to Rome without verification. Even if there is a Roman inscription, this does not mean that the city was founded during the Roman era, but rather it was founded during the Carthaginian era and the inscription was added later after the fall of Carthage. History mentions that Rome founded one city in Tunisia and it is in the middle of Tunisia, while the rest of the cities existed before and their inhabitants continued to live in them. This jar is used to store and cool water, or to store oil or anything else. It is Carthaginian. You can go to the Bardo Museum and see for yourself because there are many like it in the museums of Tunisia. I even have one that is much bigger than it that I inherited from my ancestors.. As for coffee, it is Tunisian. Only Tunisians put rose water or orange blossom water in their coffee.

They are honest people ..enjoy the tasty food . I'm watching from DUBAI I tasted lots of different food here but still tunisian food is the best.
