Mary Mack is a treasure. I watched this a long time ago. I think it is even funnier the second time around. Some of her funniest lines did not even get a laugh, like "cilantro and John Denver." She has so many solid jokes. I hope she gets the fame and attention her comedy deserves.

Dorothy B - the late John Denver was so oh-gosh Little-House-on-the-Prairie whitebread wholesome, that for him to be _too etnic_ ...you'd have to be from, well...Minnesota...or possibly Wisconsin or Idaho.

@@xephael3485 tomatoes tomahtoes- it's nothing but a bridge that separates. I lived on the North Dakota side for about 6 months, worked on the Minnesota side. Its just one town really. Grand Forks East Grand Forks, everybody there eats Hot Dish ya know, so we can all just get along.

MSG685 I’m not super concerned about genitalia when I’m looking for a good laugh, unless it’s just me in the room. But if a lady is funny, it’s just a funny lady. No questions asked. This lady is just as funny as a frog in a glass of milk about two hours into an acid trip. Just sayin.

I just went back and watched a ton of her early sets when she was way younger. She bombed sooo many times and her delivery wasn't nearly as good. A mix of poor delivery and terrible crowds. I think that's why she's always so grateful for the laughs now, hahahahha

Mary Mack is the funniest, most charming female comedian I've seen in decades! She only plays the Northern Wisconsin hay seed, but she has a number of advanced degrees in music, composition, and orchestral conducting. Mary Mack has single-handedly rekindled my interest in stand-up comedy!

She's a beast at comedy. Such a clear, unique voice & point of view. Great, likeable stage presence & the subtle absurdist element to her jokes is straight gold.

She has one of the thickest accents I’ve ever heard and I live in Wisconsin

Her energy, the way she delivers, and even her laughing.....all of it makes for such great comedy. Absolutely love her. And from the audience's laughs it's clear that almost every woman in there found her relatable or just adorable. Keep at it, Mary.

@@VestigialHead Perhaps it is conformation bias, but I remember stuff like Star Wars Episode I showing Darth Mauls double light saber, the Sixth Sense "I see dead people", most comedies putting their best jokes out front, lots of second tier stuff like the Hunger Games sequels foreshadowing the ending...I am not excluding the possibility that I am just a cynic, but it seems really common.

@@itmademesignup9508 If they showed the "I see dead people" part then yep that would have been a horrendous spoiler. But the double light-saber is not a plot point. That is just an action scene. Plot points are important parts of the story. Seeing what sort of sword someone is using is not a plot point. Most of the time I see small sections of a movie in trailers that are not very relevant to the plot - often action scenes and sometimes funny scenes - so yes they sometimes give away the best jokes.

My mom is from the woods, and I know all about the burn barrel. I just about died laughing about the fire! She has a tinge of my grandparents Norwegian/Canadian accent, and I love it.

She’s smart, funny and articulate. No “...and, like, I did this”...or “and I, like, went here and then I, like, went there.” Thank you for that.

Oh my gosh, a joke about burning trash. That's a very specific demographic that's going to get that joke, and I'm one of them!

To me..she is right at the top of comedians. Lately, due to the times..I have had a terrible melt down and reach out to watch comedy to try to feel better..Just about nothing can penetrate my deadened soul..I'm a mass of tears daily. Watching Mary puts smiles on my face.(it really does) as I am from a small town in the upper Mid-West and can totally relate to EVERYthing she said. Thank you Mary.
