World First Sub 18 RTA! Potentially WR for IGT as well.
Previous runs have had their IGT counted via timing based on when you can shoot, however this has been done manually. This run used a functioning autosplitter which is the most accurate way to track when the crosshair is active.

When you killed the first civillian I thought it was an accident. On the third I understood...

When you rescued a civillian, it creates an unskippable short cutscene therefore affecting speedrun

i do realize that faster than you lol, i saw him shot the first guy i thought that was an accident too! but when he shot the girl who hanging on the bridge, i do understand that immediately.
