My goodness, this film wasn't uploaded yesterday, saw some comments from 7 yrs ago!! Only 14 minutes in so am still at the beginning of the plot. One thing that has shocked me, well shocked might be too strong a word, is that the couple are invited for dinner at their neighbours' and they go empty handed, no bottle of wine, no bouquet of flowers. That's something you wouldn't do in France, perhaps it's common in the US, I don't know, every country has its does and donts I suppose.

This movie was awesome!! A.j. cook also played in final destination 2, and she plays j.j. on criminal minds. She's very versatile actress. LOVE HER!!! SHOUT OUT 4 A.J.!!!

I liked this movie. Thanks for the upload. I had absolutely crazy next door neighbours for 20 years, totally toxic and when they would go crazy on me, no one would come to my defense. My other neighbours said they didn't want to be the next person to be bullied. Thanks guys. No way would I venture into their yard, let alone their house! The husband in this movie was actually realistic... Some husbands don't support nor protect their wives, I had one of those too for 10 years. As Mark Twian says, "life is stranger than fiction" and you don't have to suffer through the commercials!

Love the Actress that plays Lori. I always have. She is so good at what she does. Hope she gets more movies.

The House Next Door is an amazing piece of work! The people in the movie are also wonderful!!

this is not a horror story - it is a thriller. i liked it though.would recommend it.

Lori had a weak husband and to make matters worse they bought a house in a area where evil had a big influence on everything and everyone, oh well at least Carl supplied the means for his demise.

Domestic violence is real and so pervasive in our society. It's like a seed that sprouts a disease of violence and madness spreading from parent to child. The people most affected will be the children left behind. Those who have witnessed the ugliness and are now grown adults living with those frightening memories. They are the ones who will carry the torch into the broken future.

Great suspense movie and is well worth the time to watch. The ending was okay, it could have been better. However, the ending was unpredictable.

A stereotypical movie but the actor who plays Karl reeaally knows how to be creepy, so I like to watch it time to time.

Your very right Baby Gurl, She's a really talented actress, her performances do appear genuinely real. Furthermore, AJ Cook is extremely cute/smart/fine looking, she is 'fer sure' the type of woman i want to be with!, and pretty close to my vision of an ideal woman - AJ.Cook = gorgeous!

An overlooked film if you ask me. Kinda hard to find so thank you for sharing. I love Sean Young in "No Way Out" so I wanted to see this movie also.

This movie was pretty good; kept my attention. Interesting story line. I don't know why in these types of movies the husband is always work smart, but have no common sense. Didn't care for the ending, but a good movie to watch.

Pools of beautiful water? Hahaha. I think if you tell a woman her eyes look like beautiful water, she's going to look at you funny. In fact, there isn't much you can say to a woman about her eyes that she hasn't heard a million times, already. Sometimes, it's best to just let a look do the talking. If you look at them according to how you feel, they'll know exactly what you think of them.

Not at all, I think you took what I said the wrong way, man. All I'm saying is, you sound a bit silly telling someone their eyes look like water (basically what you're saying). You'll get more magnetism out of a look than you will a pick-up line. And yes, I've had plenty of time to experiment. That doesn't make me a know-it-all. And I don't need luck, I've been married to the same girl for 9 years. We didn't even live in the same country when we started talking. I'm from the US and she's from the UK. I started talking to her about my band, three months later she came to the US to visit. We met up about 7 times over a 4 year period, got married and now I live in the UK, all because of one conversation. That's just one experience out of many very different experiences, each of which taught me something that I can pass on to guys like you. Take it or don't, that's your choice, but don't try to make it seem like I'm some douche bragging about finding some chick's G spot or A spot, etc. And I'm not saying not to give compliments by any means, of course you should. I was simply saying to feel your words a little before you say something like water. They've heard all that stars and moon BS a million times. What makes them feel special depends on how special they make you feel.

It was a good movie.

That's the thing with people. They hit a person ONE TIME and then they run off. Nah I'll hit a person 200 times until I see BLOOD or if they're not moving. Then I'll hide somewhere to see if they get up. If they get up then round 2 BOOM I'll hit them again. They ain't coming after me again.
