If the excuse is “Purdy has Shanahan”, well what about Mahomes has Reid and Dak has McCarthy, both Super Bowl winning coaches, whereas Shanahan is being called a choker and is never in running for Coach of the Year.

The huge difference between jimmy g and Purdy is every game jimmy g had at least 2-3 throws that makes you say what the fuck were you thinking and seeing to throw that pass, Purdy would make a bad throw here and there but it never made him lose his confidence in himself

Purdy could also extend plays and actually throws it deep. Jimmy never took the shots downfield. They aren't even remotely close to the same player
