This is Nico's and Finley's team now and they are proving that they know what they are doing.

@@aedinquinn8687no, with the amount Miriam Adelson threw at him, he got top dollar. If the Mavs’ value gets any higher, it’s because of the Las Vegas Sands Group and their value. Mark has no control whatsoever on day-to-day operations for the Dallas Mavericks anymore. Nico Harrison and Michael Finley run this show now, which explains why they’ve become so successful so quickly.

Warriors did very well for a player who has been injured and clearly going downhill. The mental breakdown in the clipper game late in the year showed he was feeling the pressure. He was truly a great player before his injuries. He was very well paid for the years he did not play. The warriors could not have signed anyone if they gave a big contract to Thompson. Sad but his attitude the last year led to this break up. Mavericks may not like what they see on defensive end. If Clay Thompson does not accept that he is now a role player this signing will be a disaster.

Smh. Stop it. This season Klay held opponents to 34% from 3 when the league average is 37.5%. From inside the arc the league averaged 55% Klay held opponents to 53%, that’s with the majority of those players shooting 17 feet and in. He has a hard time guarding the quicker guards now but he’s also 34. He’s better than the media and casuals want to believe. Watch the games not the talk heads.

@@TheRoadLessChosenI’m a warriors fan and Klay has been on decline so you need to stop it. Klay got in his feelings and he will be just like KD. 48 million for 2 years was fair! He just came off a max deal where he only played 2 years of that contract. Klay D was suspect and his production as a starter was bad. He played better coming off bench.
