I'm sure this has already been explained many times below, but helicopters and small planes don't fly high enough to be pressurized. So yes, you can absolutely open the doors, assuming there isn't some mechanism that locks them when you're in flight.

Passenger planes are pressurized. That's why you can't open the doors while in flight. Even the slightest opening can be catastrophic to the integrity of the plane. Helicopters and most small planes are not as well as a lot of military transport planes. That's how they can open the doors and deploy paratroopers without the plane ripping apart.

If it wasn't already established, this footage tells you how GREAT an actor a standup comic can be, or can become. Because of BILL, I am even more determined to watch Breaking Bad (someday). And when you watch a bunch of clips in one day as I have (many times), you realize that NO OTHER COMIC out there is committing so fiercely to his bits when it comes to a dramatic (acting) angle. Bill KILLS it. The one where he's talking about losing your shit when you fix something is also great -- he does this little exchange with his girlfriend, and it's awesome.

Hand hitting first isn't enough. He just didn't die is all, the odds of dying from those heights is pretty damn high - but people have survived before. You found the right one. Most clips only show just the story of the old man. You saw the whole helicopter bit. Yes the camera angles have to do with copyright. That is not how the special was recorded. Black and white is cheaper to produce in the long run. Yes you guys need to see the animated version. 6:00 Helis fly low, especially for tours, they need heavy air for upward motion. Planes excel in thin air. I think parachute planes have sliding doors. They are not sealed and pressurized to 1 atm and don't fly at commercial air flight height, or else you wouldn't be able to breathe and good luck opening the door without experiencing explosive decompression.

Since you three are quite fond with Bill Burr, George Carlin, and ESPECIALLY Jim Jeffries, I thought you might be interested in another Australian Comedian that goes by the name of *Randy Feltface* ... He does an under appreciated hybrid act that blends both Comedy and Puppeteering. You could call him the "Muppet Comedian" if you will... If for some reason you actually *do* get the chance to react to his bits and skits, these are by FAR his best ones IMO: 1. Bookshelf off GumTree (2 Parts?) 2. The Life of Ernest Hemingway (Short) 3. Hey guys maybe you should listen to it more as a joke then a serious story, pausing right before every punchline dissecting the hell out of his joke as if it was serious. I don't mind when people pause the video to talk about it but you guys absolutely pause this video in the wrong spot every single time. Worst reaction ever!

I think you're right and wrong. Yes, they probably paused the video too many times. But in their defense, the story is absolutely true. Of course Burr manages to make it funny as hell.

I don't think they paused the video at bad times though. Also, they went back 5 seconds whenever they did, to make sure they didn't miss anything. Also like Jeremy said, the story itself wasn't a joke. It was a true story and this was their first time hearing about it, so I would've been kinda concerned, if they hadn't had any reaction to it apart from laughter at Bill's funny way of telling it.

@@VelkanAngels still they did pause exactly at all the wrong times . They should’ve just listened to it all once and had the big discussion at the end
