Probably b/c he didn't run a 4.40? It was a 4.53, which is still crazy, but his jumping numbers weren't great, nor was his 10 yard split. Also, guys like Montez Sweat DEMOLISHED Clowney's combine, and even Dwight Freeney WAY before him ran faster at the same weight, while being 5 inches shorter. 265 at under 6'1" is a lot bulkier than 265 on 6'5 1/2".

It's crazy to see that even after his performance all around especially his 40 time that DK still ended up getting drafted in the 2nd round!?! The Seahawks surely got a steal with him where they got him. Even a top 25 pick after that performance would've been good, with hindsight no doubt top 25! He's already been impressive early in his career! Personally I don't like the way he acts on the field if you watch Seahawk games he is constantly starting trouble and draws some penalties and I gotta think he's a distraction at times!?! His play is still awesome, but IMO he'd be a better all around piece for any franchise w/o the attitude!?! I wouldnt be surprised if he's some kind of trouble for them somewhere down the line or if it somehow affects his contract ($) or we see him traded soon! I like tough scrappy players especially at the WR position, but like I said watch his games he is always starting sh!t and it literally annoys the hell out of me.

Can anyone tell me why they're allowed to bounce the bar on their chest on the bench reps? I mean it's not as egregious as I've seen it in other areas and some dudes do it less than others but...still feels like a lot of them are getting a bounce. Seems potentially detrimental to their own health and presumably doing stricter benches would be just as good if not better for testing muscular endurance on the combine's side of things? Just curious if anyone knows of a reason why that might be the way it is.

Some of those reps were definitely criminal. Although there's no reason to do legit reps if they let you get away with so much bouncing

Complete abomination there wasn’t a mention of Brady Quinn benching at the combine. He set a record for QB benching at the combine, not sure if he still has it but it was like 25 I think which is absurd for a QB.

Dk metcalf. unbelievable speed and strength combo, and he’s that jacked and that athletic all on a cup of coffee, one meal, and snacking on candy all day… I wonder if his metabolism will slow down in his late 20’s like us normal human beings and he’ll have to eat like the rest of us have to in order to stay in shape?
