The Greatest Fear - How to Deal with It? | Sadhguru

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Sadhguru responds to a question about death being the mother of all fears, and how to deal with it. He speaks about how death is just another dimension of life and that fear of death is simply because it is unknown to you. If you experience something beyond the physical, then the fear of death will vanish.
#Sadhguru
Yogi, mystic and visionary, Sadhguru is a spiritual master with a difference. An arresting blend of profundity and pragmatism, his life and work serves as a reminder that yoga is a contemporary science, vitally relevant to our times.

Fear is an emotion hardwired into humans to keep us safe and grounded so to speak. To reduce it to "hallucination" and "fantasy" instead of reality is to misconstrue the whole thing ()

I've struggled with the concept of "what's after death" since I was 13. It's lead me to many sleepless nights for fear of wasting time and panic attacks. I'll be 30 soon and it still makes me want to cry. But on the opposite side, being so aware has probably made me the person I am. I enjoy helping others, but also just experiencing the weather and smaller things. I'm still suffering from those fears, but I'm glad I found this at least.

I saw a comment once by someone and he said death is a sweet release. To some degree, I can understand this. I mean think of all the trivial things going on in the world and in our daily lives. When do most of us get a chance to relax our mind and body? Sleep. Death is just a long sleep. A time to release relax.

I have this fear and have lived many traumatic things before the age of 26. These things have ultimately left me wth a fear for my mortality as now, unlike a teen. I realize how fragile the human existence is and how it can easily be altered by a simple action. Countless nights i spend awake with his constant fear of death gnawing at me. So much so that sometimes i have to speak to my grandmother though tears just to calm myself. This fear has truly robbed me of living and has turned me into a young hermit. My grandmother tells me to go out and live but this fear controls me. Thank you sadghuru for your words.
