Thank you, Sadhguru. This happened to my family: years ago, I pulled my son out of school due to bad experiences. Then I homeschooled him for less than two years. I was afraid of putting him back in a school setting because I didn't want us to suffer. However, I got strep-throat and was really sick for two weeks. It was then I realized that my suffering of getting sick shouldn't interfere with his happiness and education. I decided to put him back to a different school. He is very happy now.

Fears are a survival mechanism of your mind. Your mind wants to keep you safe and anything that your mind doesn't know, scares it. 😘

Your voice is like a energy.
