My trick for the flight was watching something with lots of movement like Mad Max. All the Boeing turbulence made the movie feel much more real..

To be fair… You have to take leverage into Acct and the fulcrum one that’s the size that Sam is it’s exacerbated to carry that way higher than the center of his gravity normally, the Coriolis effect affects Af lol it all makes sense now

I was on 4 different planes recently and every flight attended treated me completely normal through the whole flight while I wore my AVP. I was surprised how well everyone went along with it.

I like how sam is not centered and it looks like theyre a couple getting counseling 😂

Sam gives me hope that some KZreadrs can still be trusted and are not just blinded by apple or the potential future. Just like in relationships: Don't invest in the possibility of a product. Invest in what it is now.

Not DD, but UE. I occasionally go out in horrid weather conditions ON PURPOSE because I know I’ll be one of few drivers delivering and people will leave bigger tips when they can’t leave their house due to snow/ice. I drive a Subaru, I will get to my destination regardless. It has been VERY lucrative for me to drive food delivery in the snow. Best snow day performance of 2023 was $270 in just under 7 hours.

I laughed so hard watching this episode 😂 keep making great stuff guys

fun fact: in most countries its actually required that the window be up for take-offs and landings but this is not the case in the united states for some reason. the logic is that if theres a crash during that phase of flight you would see out of the window quickly to assess the situation and see how to get to safety best. it also greatly helps the flight attendants to quickly see where there's a fire outside the plane to help passengers and so on.

The first 20 minutes are great!

53:12 its important to have the windows open just in case you crash (which is especially a concern on some planes) so your eyes are adjusted to the outside lighting in case you have to leave the cabin quickly

No, that’s not the reason, it’s for situational awareness of as many people as possible regarding the airplane and surroundings. For example a passenger can see an engine fire from their place before the crew can see it directly or on sensors

No way. In Sam's defence his claim about eye fatigue has been echoed by others so it's absolutely not cool to give him hell for something that is not an uncommon critique. And most reviews said the keyboard input is terrible.

Sidenote, after my T-Mobile sidekick too, and subsequent sidekicks… And reverting back to a T9 capable Sprint, now being digested by t-Mobile flip phone… The LG Optimus S was my first and last android phone before going iPhone 4… Or four as I forget, but not really any complaints actually looking back solid early, touchscreen, smart phone, device so I have been curious and tempted by what android can offer today though I’ll be out of touch since I haven’t used android in so long but then pixels do be looking good. Don’t get me started on folds but I’d try em n hope Apple eventually, comes out with one

Ok, question for you guys, especially you Sam. The glare on Vision Pro lenses while watching movies especially in dark environments. Do you think that I, as a glasses wearer who often deals with glare in THOSE lenses, would still be greatly annoyed by it in the Vision Pro? I mow lawns during the warmer months, with a lot of sun glare. Will the Vision Pro still piss me off? Just want your honest opinions here.

I avoid the glare altogether by using the night time version of white sands environment, which is dark but has a hint of sunset which mitigates the glare.
