Yea I mean… that wars been going on for 20 years and it’s in the news all the time. Vito’s son is the boss now. Every week there’s another guy getting killed associated with the Rizzuto’s. And it’ll never end because of Canadas leniency towards violent crime. Up there guys are getting 3-7 years for a murder. It’s crazy.

I think part of it is that it can be difficult to film in Quebec due to lingual restrictions, or else the city itself is the perfect place to film a historical film

The difference lies with Canada’s leniency towards violent crime. They also don’t have RICO and their sentencing guidelines are a joke compared to the US. Up there guys are getting 5 years for a murder. Buffalo’s underboss Dom Violi was paroled after 2 years for a massive drug trafficking case in Canada. The investigation was twice as long as his actual sentence.

There are 25$ mics on amazon and free programs to make the voice sound perfect. A documentary of this magnitude deserves an effort on the voice over. For my part, the audio was impossible to listen to continuously, it's as if the AI voice is depressed at the end of each sentence. Really a shame

I have lived all my life in Montreal and i remember the leb hash it was weak crap.

Literally everyone featured on this documentary died a violent death, most of them still young. Think about that before the illusion of the lifestyle, it isn't the Sopranos, and most of these guys struggle financially if they don't end up dead.

Your content is excellent but your narrative skills are atrocious.

Why is the guy talking like that... i couldnt make it thru 2 minutes listening to him talk like that!!

I love the story but boy I hate the narrator telling the story. His voice is so boring. Up and down and very little inflection. Flat.
