Great finish to this Tabletop Showcase :) What would you say the game length is for the various player counts?

Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed this! As for the game length I'd say it's right around 30 minutes per player. The first few rounds go pretty quickly then things ramp up and really make you think!

Does a car bomb _also_ kill family members AND neutral allies in the turf? Does the player get the neutral ally back or does he go in the hudson river?

Really seems like the territory control matters only in the sense that you don't want one person way in front of everyone

Zach McGaugh sure, you definitely don't want that, but the game can really be shaped by what businesses are available and where. It's very important to fight for control of districts with resources that are high in demand (usually public jobs can set this demand a bit) because you have a significant advantage getting those resources without spending an action. Then during the last Act of the game it shifts and becomes all about dominating anything everything for the bonus points.

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! Our average play times were right about 30 minutes per player. This actually applies to everything 2-5 player.

I gotta say, watching the end of a game first is probably the least interesting way to show off a game. Game looks fun however. Wish it was a proper runthrough.

Joseph That's fair. With this series our idea was to and capture the overall experience of a game through our discussion and highlights. The idea is that you could get a feel for how a game plays and the kinds of decisions you'll have to be making without needing to watch several hours of game play. I certainly understand the desire to see the full game(s) play out though, it's just not the usual format we go with. Thanks for the feedback!
