The George Jones Show (FULL) Kenny Chesney, Glen Campbell, Danni Leigh
Ойын-сауық
Here is a FULL EPISODE of late 90's series "the George Jones Show" from the former TNN network . I sure miss their programming!! This was episode 16 of the George Jones how, with guests Glen Campbell, Kenny Chesney, and Danni Leigh. This was George's first show AFTER the near fatal accident Jones had in 1999. I claim no rights or ownership to the material. Original commercials intact! Narrated by Ed Bruce. If anyone associated with the former TNN network, or with any entertainer featured in these videos does not wish for me to display these videos on youtube for ANY reason, please contact me and I will remove the video without question!

Love the George Jones Shows. Watch them over and over. Wish there were more! Thank you.
I always loved watching George's Show. When I was a kid if you asked me who my choice of The King of Country Music was, I always said, George Glen Jones. He was, is & always will be the King of Country Music for me. I have many favorites besides George growing up of all styles of music, too. But, it all comes back to my very 1st real huge favorite which was The Possum. :)
Thank you so much for posting Glen Campbell & George Jones were just fabulous you can see they are true friends. Glen Campbell just blows me away this man is the absolute greatest.God bless Glen Campbell he has been a marvelous inspiration to me.
Thank you George Jones for being so genuinely authentic and such a blessing to so many lives you touched and inspired!! George Jones an American Treasure!!!

I love the credit to Lefty Frizzell from George. What a huge honor!
George Jones was the greatest singer that ever lived in my opinion. There are alot of great singers in the past and present, but no voice will ever be like George's.I been a fan of his since i was 7 yrs.old, and i am now 58.Loved George and his music will live forever in my heart and life.R.I.P George

I agree with you. I have many favorite songs from almost anyone that exists in the music business of all styles. I am such a music buff. As for Glen Campbell, my childhood favorite was, is & always will be Rhinestone Cowboy. It was a real treat years ago to see this episode on tv of him singing it again. I couldn't get enough of that song of his throughout my lifetime. I still hit the repeat button multiple times in a row with this song. It is a classic like all his songs were: Gentle on My Mind, Wichita Lineman & on & on. :)
Great video with great people! Love to see Kenny in this video. He is so cute and young. 💞
Just talented singers! Beautiful show 💞
Oh how I miss Conway 😉👏🥰 🎶Kenny Magnificent I saw this a while ago but, I love these shows and being on with all the greats wow it’s nothing short OF AWESOMENESS 🥰🤗👏🎶
Kenny, it's time to come home. You still have one of the best voices in Nashville today, but it's time to come to your roots. You got such a talent for the traditional stuff.

Hi ruby how are you
As long as youtube doesn't pull them for any copyright reasons I will continue to post the shows. I don't know whether they will or not since TNN no longers exists, and I am not posting these to make money... they may just leave them alone... I hope! Keep your fingers crossed! I wanted to post them because I had so many emails asking me to... and so younger fans can get a chance to see the show. It's too bad they never released these shows on DVD, sorry about the aging VHS quality...
Great episode!!
Then dark corners awesome song wow Glen always handsome so is Marty Robbins woo hoo 🤟❤️
Thank you so much for these!
Except for Marty Stuart and Connie Smith, there aren't music shows like this today. The music factory shows is what we get today. Thanks so much for posting this great show. Glen Campbell is so talented. A very young Kenny Chesney.

Watching the intro on this show, it's amazing how much older George looked in the 1980's than he did in the 1990's goes to show you what boozing and drinking does do a body. He will always be the best.
I love George Jones his and Tammy's story is so sad. Thank God 🙏 Nancy got him to stop the drugs and drinking.
i try to watch a lot of different artist and always go back to the n umber one . george glen jones the best

Oh m my y gosh the way George sang “was” on a picture of me without you at the ending.... where did he come up with with that?
I had been previously referring to 'Danni Leigh' singing 'Touch Me' .....
All great artistes
Just posted a new episode for you to watch this evening! Hope you enjoy it!
I'll put up a new one today for you :-)
Glen is great , like a rhinestone cowboy yee haw 👏what ever happened to Danni Leigh ?
at 57:03 ...geo was channeling Lefty Frizzell in his 'chuuuurch'...5 syllables from one
yeah i dont even know how that copyright stuff works. although ive seen people who post movies on youtube saying stuff like "i dont own this, its strictly for entertainment purposes ect.." but ya you might want to look into it, wouldnt want anyone gettin in trouble. but hopefully they wont mind. anyways thanks again for the uploads, greatly appreciated! -Brad
Wowww the Possum had his own show.
Lol George saying “overhauls” he must’ve been a Jerry Clower fan
That’s one neat suit you wear on stage George nice purple
What I told you yesterday was incorrect... I just found out last night (from another youtube user) that this last past November (2012) that TNN is back on the air! That is GREAT news, but it may not be such good news for keeping these George Jones episodes on youtube.... But, maybe TNN will re-air these episodes??? I am going to email TNN and maybe get permission?? Does anybody think that is what I should do?? Since I am not making any money or claiming any rights maybe they will allow it?

7 years later they are still here. Thank goodness... and thank you!!
Glen was in fine form, as usual. so sad he won't remember any of the great moments he's given us over the years. life is so cruel.
Do you have a link to a complete list of the episodes?
Glen Campbell had a good voice He will miss just like George Jones
was this episode taped before his car accident and aired after the accident or was it taped after his accident.
Great Cover By Kenny @25:55
how many episodes were there on his show?I have 14 episodes,i am missing 1 and 3 for now, were there anymore, after episode 16.?
Walkin' bass... another great signature sound of real country. Love it! Funny how I never heard of of Danni Leigh before or since. She was good. Anyone know if she's still around?

Ha! Thats where Kenny got that in "Small Ya'll" ... "with a pickle in the middle and some mustard on top"
Kenny Chesney, looks so young. Cute then, handsome now.
Muy buena para mi chica con amor jose
stephen liks this songs
I guess Kenneys never missed his wife or kids still single in 2022
I like country music very much. I like George Jones, and think he is one of the best country singers. but I only knew about him when he was dead.
Kenny Cheseny
Ka rawe
I was one of the biggest country music fans as a kid. Which would have included the time frame of when this was taped. I knew every song and every artist, but for the life of me, I have no idea who this lady is! I dont even understand how she could have gotten signed to a label, singing like this. She sounded pitiful. There had to be something more to her getting signed, other than her singing. 🤨
I wonder how that young Kenny guy turned out🤔. I hope he did alright😊.
Hi....Are you in the States...I would like to trade with you get copies please???
Love Glen! Just wish the commercials could be eliminated.

I would agree that when it comes to picking Glen was better than most- the man was INSANELY talented! I will never forget seeing him play the William Tell Overture live while holding his guitar behind his head! He even played the bagpipes at that same show! He was an unimaginably talented guitarist- and unfortunately he gets too little recognition for it. When it comes to vocals however, I'd have to give that one to George ;-)
Danni Leigh never did make it.
