Her eyes, her smile, and of course THAT VOICE. There is truly something beautiful, otherworldly, and even angelic about this woman. In my final moments on this planet, I can only hope that her angelic voice is the last thing that I hear, so that I can keep it with me forever.

Oh man. It's a helluva performance, considering Anneke's voice seems to translate in a smaller, intimate setting. And great work by Frank, as always. Plus, she looks absolutely gorgeous.

I think that from a commercial mainstream point of view the Dutch music industry has become sickly commercialised and American influenced. The Gathering with Anneke was an alternative-progressive metal band. Not "American" or mainstream enough for the marketeers.

She queen of special voice in this dirty world.

Amazing voice. I actually discovered her through Ayreon, me being a prog nerd and all. What a discovery. I'm still rather partial to Souvenirs but all of the Gathering's material is good.

Some may call it God, The Universe, etc., but whatever it is, it using this amazing, angelic woman as a vessel to communicate and pass on some higher energies to mankind. Ik kende dit ook niet, maar net gevonden en ik begrijp nu haar band Aqua de Annique beter. Anneke is ooit begonnen als jazz zangeres en dat kan je hier heel goed horen.
