As a commercial, data protection and technology lawyer I am so excited at the change this will bring to the legal industry!
So glad I found out about Chainlink in the past year, at a time where I could just accumulate it in peace because almost no one has been paying attention to it.
Yeah I'm putting in 10k right now. It's a no brainer at this point.

KZread added that in premium and I'm not going to recommend a YT downloader since its a common attack method to pretend to be one. One site was using people's system to mine crypto during the conversion from KZread to mp4 apparently🤣 or you could get a rogue browser extension (actual virus on your machine, eek no thanks).. best to just bookmark it, it will be here forever and there are many versions to bookmark. Smartcon keynotes are my favs i think

Huuuuuge preseantation my frens.. this will be THE year of Chainlink! ..and with year I mean decade!
Crop Insurance will be difficult. The way he described it; it will be a narrow product. It essentially will be drought insurance, and even then will be difficult unless the farmer adds weather stations next to their fields they are insuring. If you have ever worked in Agriculture or Agronomy, one field may get enough rain, while another just doesn't get any... This aside, what about hail events? What about wind events where your entire field is lodged. The amount of lodging you get vary depending on the variety/hybrid you planted, so the insurance will need to get variety/hybrid information to make it more viable... What if greensnap gets into your field? Maybe they can offer a product that will be inexpensive, but they'll need to get more weather stations everywhere in order to get a viable product. They may want to partner with companies and farmers that do precision agriculture, they may be interested in being part of the oracle system of Chainlink. They'd probably love another source of income...

As much as I'm rooting for chainlink, and it sounds nice, but they have to really flesh their systems out. For example, say the insurance will pay out if the field gets less than x amount of rain. If the farmer covers all his rain collection instruments, the data says the field got less than x, then the farmer is paid out. He would have double dipped, the yield and the insurance money. I curious about the guard rails to fraud as well as accurate insurance payouts.
