Amazing. Your croissants inspired me to try to make my own. They’re so gorgeous. While I love the editing on your vids, I really miss the commentary. Wish you would consider another channel with a longer form video and some voiceover of what you’re doing. Also a croissant tutorial!!! Mine tasted great but weren’t that pretty!!!

From what I've learned, most often there're 4 key things that are easy to miss: 1. Use low-water, high-fat butter. 2. Let them rise (as shown in the video) 3. For an extra nice surface finish, lightly coat them with water, milk or yolk before baking 4. Use convection setting, and if they cook too fast on the surface in your oven, use a lighter convection setting. Good luck)

He's doing it like this because that's what gets him the most views. Especially the shorts. Which is unfortunate. Because with all of this talent, I'd like to see more than tons of editing and creepy dead eyed staring and smiling at the camera.

Great transitions! It always makes me pleased when you eat some on camera, to remind us these maginicent things are also delicious. Chocolate plates are a delightful idea.

I have to say, that I like the creations that are not solely from chocolate the most. This dude is not "just" an amazing choclatier but also a full skilled baker/chef and these videos show some more of that insane talent!!

To chefs he is an artist. To pastry he is an idol. To us mortals, he can only be seen as a god.

The talent and hard work are obvious and humbling, but what impresses me most is the creativity and dedication, dude's out there on a mission to recreate the entire world out of chocolate and pastry, including chocolate and pastry dishes, and he'll invent the techniques he needs to do it if they've yet to exist.

Oh, yum. I drooled seeing the pastry cooked. It must have all smelled so gorgeous. Amazing creation left me with wide eyes and hungry. 🥐☕

He is one cool guy. I love his laid back approach. And let's not forget what an absolute genius he is. Awesome!!
