Just finished watching School of Chocolate and I loved it! First cooking show/competition I've seen that's main goal is to TEACH rather than promote a competitive atmosphere. And your teaching methods were so calm and useful that I can honestly say there were no losers in the school. All of them brought home new techniques and confidence to help them in their respective careers. Just mad respect for you Chef!

Yeah, what I really liked about the show was that no one got sent home for failing a task. Even if they didn't succeed at a task, they could all still stay and keep learning and that just made it a lot better than most cooking shows in my opinion.

Competition is good. Shame is not. Believe me, those people were still competing to be the best. They just weren't being berated and shamed for falling short. Key difference there.

If someone gave me this and told me it was a real burger, I'd probably throw up as soon as I bit it, simply because the texture and flavor was not at all like how I'd think.

It was such a positive show with so much benefit to all the contestants. I loved it.

I love how it’s big enough to fit in your hands and to be eaten like an actual burger. As always, your work is amazing!

Honest to goodness, I imagined you were going to just slice the kiwi, and use the slices, unprocessed, for the pickle/s. But nooooooooo... That. Was better than I imagined, by far. Lovely! (Also liked the air-brushed grill marks.)

If this actually tastes good, too, I am beyond impressed.
