This is closer to a pain au chocolate/chocolatine than it is to croissant to be honest. Personally i think the perfect croissant is a plain one with nothing different added to it. If you ever had croissants in France you’d probably agree because some of their bakers are literal magicians.

Even such a ''''simple'''' thing like a croissant turns in the hands of Amaury Guichon into something spectacular and magic ! I take my hat of for you !

I really wish I had the recipe to this so I could try to make it. This looks delicious. I’m not much of a cook, but if I had a recipe like this it might make me get more interested in cooking and baking

He does make pastries that look like objects, they are much smaller in scale than his chocolate sculptures
