I love this song. My brother has been in heaven for almost 10 months now and I first heard this song a few months after he passed away. I was crying and thinking of my brother and I heard this song and it made me feel much better.God called him home and he left us all. His children are ages 1 to 14, that's what makes it so hard. My brother spoke of heaven as he was dying, it was so hard for us to let him go. It was hard watching him being sick, one of the things he said as he was dying was he has a new body, he also mentioned a beautiful land and angels, he also seen our grandparents. I know my brother is no longer suffering he has no more cancer I know my brother is in heaven and he is happy, but I am human and will miss him till we meet again.Wonderful song it helps.

I know this is going to sound strange to some people. (We’ve had some funny looks and comments when we’ve talked about it.) But for the last few years, my husband and I have been preparing our own individual funeral/memorial service songs lists. 99.9% of them are spiritual and faith based. Neither of us is feels like we’ll need these lists anytime soon. But both having lost a parent while in our 20’s, we know all too well that we could go Home tomorrow?!?! It’s one last gift we’re leaving… We also have listed the specific artist/version we want played. Because that is huge! THIS right here is on my husband’s list. It SO fits him!?! 🥰 🙏💖🥰💗🙏

I miss my grandparents so much.

The pain in this mans eyes and to watch him try to smile thru that pain wow! I listen to this over and over because it blesses me! I am longing for that home! This world hurts to bad! I dont think any of us has much longer to wait the way this world is looking its really scary! I dont sing publicly but I know how hard it is to sign thru the tears, and he did a wonderful job!

Beautiful song Darrell Freeman.

My precious mother had her 90th birthday on the 9th of this month ( November) . She passed away on the 28th, and her funeral is tomorrow.... I have requested for this to be one of the songs to be played at her funeral.... I am blessed every time that I listen to it !

One of the most absolutely beautiful songs I've ever heard ...my fiancè, who is in his final days/weeks wants this played at his funeral...we were gonna be gettin married this year ....💔💔💔😭😭😭 Even though I know he will be healed, and Home, I'm still not ready for this. 😭😭😭 After he passes away, I'm literally gonna have NOBODY on this earth ...I been kneeling , and sitting tonight for over an hour,praying and talking to God to help me through this, n i know He will.

I love this song and when we heard it my husband was suffering from cancer and he fought the battle for three years and when he heard this song he told me he wanted it song at his funeral and in Nov. 2015, God called him home and I had this song played at his Funeral it fit so well to his life, he Loved the Lord and the last words he said was LORD HELP ME just a few hours later he was gone home.

I heard them do this song last yr in a church in Arkansas. what a great song. it'd be a great song to play @ the funeral of a Christian that lived the life.

We played this at my grandma's funeral last year. I hear this song, and it reminds me when she asked if I would write a song for her one day like I did when my other grandma passed. The day she was placed in the hospital, the Holy Spirit sat me down to write her song. She never got to hear it, but it's gonna be on my next album. I've listened to you guys for years, and I love it! When yall coming back to Alabama? Call and tell ReJeana Leeth to get yall booked somewhere close.

This version of this song is just amazing. For me , I've cried so hard when first heard because... On sept 1 2014 in deltona, fl I lost my beautiful 2 1/2 yo grandson Kaleb. Leaving the hospital I turned my sat radio on and Jamey's version was playing. I pulled my truck over and just fell apart. This version makes me remember my Dads last nite in 2012 just b4 Christmas I went to see him and told him Kaleb was there with us and his smiled beamed from ear to ear. That was the last memory of dad. Smiling about Kaleb... Now they are together with Jesus. 🙏

It has been just about a month ago that my wife Daddy went to be with the Lord. You see he had dementia and Alzheimer's really bad. The family kept him at home and took care of him there. My wife was a daddy's girl and she just about worship the ground he walked on. I told her to keep on talking to him even when he takes his last breath. I told her to tell him what he meant to her and she told me that she didn't think she could. I said yes you can. I prayed for the lord to give her the strength to do so. Well the time came. She knew that the hand of death was at hand. On April 25, 2019 at 6:15 p.m. her dad went home to be with the Lord. Before he took his last breath down here my wife told her dad what he meant to her. I was so proud of her for doing just that. After the funeral we went back to the grave site and I heard my pray this pray saying Lord Jesus I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is with you but is there any way you could just let me know for sure. You see the family always wondered if her grandfather made it to be with the Lord also? Well my wife awakens me at about 3:00 a.m. in the morning with tears in her eyes and said this to me. I just had a dream and I said do tell me what was it you dreamed? She began to tell me what she saw. She said that I have just seen my grandfather and my dad setting on the front porch looking at me and just smilling at me. I told her that God has allowed her to see that her Daddy and your Grandfather Has made it home ( they were with the Lord in heaven together ). I told her that God does answer prayers. Now she seems to be more rest now. It is hard to see a family member suffer with a disease of this nature as with cancer. To see them go through something of this nature. It takes a true family to stick together and take the time out and put their lives on hold to care for a loved one. Amen.

This is a beautiful song, and a beautiful video. Moves me deeply. Emboldens my Faith, and my Hope. Thank you. God bless.
