You missed the point. Of course we must accept grace and are not saved by works. Grace is to make us love God and our neighbor. That is, grace is to make us obedient. There is no chance to survive without grace. Nevertheless this remains true: "The unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God." The Bible talks of "repentance FOR the forgiveness of sins" - repentance (a DECISION to turn away from sin followed by appropriate action) leads to forgiveness and makes Jesus' sacrifice effective in your life. See Luke 24:47/Acts 2:38/Acts 3:18-19/Acts 17:30-31 etc. There is no forgiveness without repentance. Repentance is not a work - it is a decision (see Matthew 3:8 and Acts 26:20 for the distinction between the decision and the works that flow from it) and the very grace of God leads us to repent. If we do not repent, this means God's grace is not at work in us. - Besides, did you notice? Onorato in his argumentation jumps from 1 Corinthians 6:8 to 1 Corinthians 6:11. Paul’s reasoning however is this: "Dragging believers to court in front of unbelievers" (verse 8) is seen as an unrighteous act. Then in the next verse Paul reminds people that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Paul is clearly referring to what people DO (to their lifestyle), not to any theoretical position in Christ they may or may not have. And Paul says that the people who DO such things will go to hell (see also Ephesians 5:5, Galatians 5:19-21). Hypergrace people are false prophets and their teachings mislead people.

Right, but if you truly believe. You won't go back to the old lifestyle you once had. Christians are set apart and shouldn't behave that same as they did prior to repentance. It is impossible for us to stop sinning he said that VERY clearly. Listen with an open mind. We as Christians are supposed to represent Jesus as best as possible and being proudly sinful, such as homosexuality, willingness to hurt other etc, is wrong. Believing God is no excuse to sin with no guilt. Believing God is acknowledging your flaws and relying on him for EVERYTHING including becoming better at controlling yourself.

Your works don’t matter when it comes to salvation, stop twisting our words, it’s faith alone by the Grace of our Good Loving God. BUT WHAT IS FAITH? WHAT IS BELIEVING? Honestly, what I've noticed is that those who aren't born again (because they never truly believed that they are a hopeless sinner who needs Jesus) just won't get it. Being indwelled by the Holy Spirit truly changes you. You get a new heart and mind that actually loves God for all he did for you. Realizing you don't have to do anything fills you with so much peace, love, and joy that you want to be obedient out of appreciation and to be a light to the world so others can come to know God too. We keep the laws out of love of God and a desire to be closer to him, not due to the fear of God's wrath and hell. Yes, there are a lot of fake Christians who were never reborn, so when they talk about free grace, it's usually seen as an excuse to keep living how they want, and that makes legalists like my ex-church (SDA) get defensive about obedience. But for those who truly believe in it and are saved by it, we (with time or course) will end up living holier than the legalists. Not just avoiding sin, but striving to do more of what Jesus has told us to do. They would also make an effort to abstain from all forms of evil, because we value our spiritual well being and don't want to grieve the Holy Spirit. I've also noticed that many false churches and preachers love to take a verse or two here and there, but they rarely quote the full chapter with context as it usually dismantles their arguement. Like the 'do not judge' verse in Matthew 7 that if you kept reading, clearly says we are to judge righteous judgement. It simply warns that we must judge and clean ourselves first so we can see clearly to judge and help our bretheren 😪

@@clearyxI had to look up what backloading means 😯 I haven't gone to another church since finding out mine was a cult, and there's not much channels that preach and truly believe in free grace like this one. I find many churches and preachers may claim to believe in grace and Jesus' sacrifice, but then they'll say this has to be done to earn or maintian salvation..but then its not a gift that no one can boast about. Sadly, many churches also believe they are spiritual israel, so they can't comprehend that we are different people under different covenants. I still keep the sabbath and food laws out of habit, and I still think every law has benefits for us in this lifetime, but I don't credit my good behavior into why I'm saved. I feel the new testament has many verses and parables that make that very clear, like the pharisee vs the publican who prayed, and of course Jesus telling those who trusted in their works that he never knew them, depart! The second we feel we're working for our gift, we will naturally talk about the things we've done to deserve it. I feel that's the easiest way to tell a true believer from someone who was never born again. I've watched a lot of Ray Comforts vids, and while many of the interviewees claim to be Christian, when asked 'why they're going to heaven', they say it's because they're a good person. It's clear not many really believe in Jesus or understand all he did for them. They may know mentally like I did, but not yet in their hearts 😢 Very few have been transformed by the Holy Spirit and understands how much the Holy Spirit changes your whole life and turns you around. It's physically hard to sin without being immediately convicted (not condemned). I'd rather avoid those low points where I feel distant from God cause I fell for temptation again, but I still run back to him and confess as his child. If we let sin keep us from God, then Satan wins this fight 🙏

Following God's law and loving him is not a requirement nor evidence of salvation, it's simply a natural aftermath thanks to the Holy Spirit already dwelling inside a believer ☺️

I can say to myself that i believe rocks can talk, but if i don’t talk to rocks, do i really believe? Like would you live your life any different if you knew Jesus was going to guaranteed come in ONE year? If you would suddenly try to resist temptation, try to walk in spirit, try to do good onto others, trying to love God and love other people. Personally there is a change in who i am since i was born again, i’m a sinner and fall, but i hate sin and am guilty when i fall, but i try to resist and pray to God to take that cup from me, and he answers me and gives me strength in him. I actually changed right. But if you’re exactly the same, if there’s no difference from before you met God. Then idk what to tell you other then i pray for you that you truly do believe in our God

Struggle with sins means that you are not trying to sin and and trying to not give in to temptations but you might fail and lie or steal but when you do you confess to the lord and have regret for it. That’s the difference between someone who practices sin and struggles with it. Just thought I would say this.

For all the works based salvationists commenting here: All acts of sin are willful! There are no accidental sins before God. This "willful sin" argument is an invention of Calvanists that use it to excuse themselves from the sins they claim they didn't want to commit. You will not find the phrase "willful sin" anywhere in the Bible. It is added language by Calvanist theologians in a pathetic attempt to minimize their sins. Sin is sin! Ye hypocrites, if you want to be judged by the law and offend in just one place you will be judged as if breaking the whole entire law! Sinless perfectionism is a doctrine of demons! Only Jesus Christ is sinlessly perfect. Everyday we sin, whether in thought, word or deed. We are all born with a sin nature that does not go away even after having received the Holy Spirit by believing the Gospel. This is why Calvanists had to add the "willful sin" caveat because they know it is impossible to stop sinning regardless of the severity or magnitude of the sin. You can try in a futile attempt to earn you way to Heaven by your own righteousness, i.e. so called good works, which the Lord looks upon as filthy rags or acknowledge you are a sinner like everyone else and accept God's free gift of salvation by HIS righteousness ALONE and not of yourselves! This free gift of salvation is the greatest Xmas gift one could ever receive! Hallelujah!

The black brother is right. "The unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God." The Bible talks of "repentance FOR the forgiveness of sins" - repentance (a DECISION to turn away from sin followed by appropriate action) leads to forgiveness and makes Jesus' sacrifice effective in your life. See Luke 24:47/Acts 2:38/Acts 3:18-19/Acts 17:30-31 etc. There is no forgiveness without repentance.

@OnoDiamante it is not rocket science my friend, practicing sin, sinning without care or remorse, not giving a hoot about the commands of almighty God, everyone knows that the Lord Jesus loves everyone but does everyone love Jesus, he states clearly “if you love me, you would keep my commandments” we are not Jews (I assume as a man, not as God, who knows all things, that you are not a Jew) we are gentiles and we keep Two Commandments, 1 love God in the best way you can 2 love you neighbor as yourself with these two you fulfill the 10 commandments but we are not perfect and will make mistakes yet we practice righteousness (no longer practicing sin) as in trying to keep the commandments in the best way that we can, knowing the Holy Spirit is at war along side our spirit against our flesh and the lusts of our flesh, the bad fruits, so that we may bare good fruit the fruit of the spirit as we walk in the spirit no longer the flesh, it’s the strive to be Christ like, did Christ sin or was he sinless, now while we may never be sinless we must sin less and run the good race, knowing that almighty God is helping us overcome and persevere until the end, my end may come sooner then yours, or yours might come sooner then mine, but as Jesus said, to the adulteress who was about to be stoned to death, yet saving her, “sin no more” FAITH without WORKS is dead, notice which came first my friend, all those who were closest to the Lord Jesus preached repent and believe, are you telling me they had it wrong, but not only they but The Lord himself preached Repent And Believe, did he have his own gospel wrong, may our Father in heaven bless you with the True Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord & Savior, his only begotten son

Let me tell you first you would not go to share the Gospel bc you would not have the Holy Spirit yet that prompts you to do it as a sinner you can’t go and tell other the good news and what Jesus did for you… you would feel guilty if you have a conscience. What are the works that God says will test by fire in the day of judgment 🔥 and who you think are those that Jesus would tell them Depart from me I never knew you ? This is one of the scariest Bible verses for me. The free grace was Jesus sacrifice he paid the fine but it doesn’t mean you keep sinning. If you stole something and you end up in court and someone pays your fine and the judge let you go … it means you can go back and still again?? See ? It doesn’t make sense this false doctrine lies mixed with truths . Don’t fall for it… God bless

Just like Peter when walking on the water didn't keep his eyes on Jesus but on himself and the waves. Keep your eyes on Jesus alone, be occupied with Him only knowing He has already take charge of everything past, present and future, being confident He won't let you sink. Meaning living in the old law, which required animal sacrifice, means you must live to a perfect standard where you cannot break even one of the 400 laws. This is to give the example as to why no one is saved by the law, but by grace through faith in Jesus Christ

Too many Christians fail to include the Holy Spirit in the picture when one becomes saved. So now we receive Gods grace through Jesus Christ and are now filled with His SPIRIT but then we are left with fending for ourselves to maintain our salvation afterwards? NO! We have His Spirit that dwells in us that we can TRUST to do the work of sanctification in our lives. The Holy Spirit is our Counselor, Advocate, and Teacher; the HS is in whom we can trust and have faith in to produce the most important thing and that is the fruits of the Holy Spirit. These fruits show that we are walking by faith, trusting in His Word. When we dont put our total trust and faith in the Holy Spirit we will quench His work in us; we will feel uncertain about our salvation; we will not produce the good works and fruit.

I was raised Baptist. What i was always taught is that when you are saved, you are born again. If the spirit of God is truly in you, you are given a discerning heart. That doesn't mean you CAN'T make a habit of sinning, but if you do you will be miserable and never happy with it. Because even though we are born again we are still in the Flesh and the flesh wars against the spirit and EVERYONE loses battles to the flesh. I've always felt the real test of salvation is how you FEEL about your sinful ways. You get Drunk, have sex out of wedlock, hurt someone The hand of God presses down on you and you feel bad about it because the Spirit is trying to call you back. You will never make me believe that a Born again Christian won't have sinful desires, thoughts ETC as we still live in the flesh as humans. The only time I would question a person;s salvation is if they were on a regular basis fornicating, getting drunk wjat have you and feeling no guilt about it whatsoever. By the Way Merry Christmas everyone.

It would seem like based off what you have described, that our feelings or convictions would then become a validator of one's salvation. Sounds like you are saying that the sin itself is not something that could invalidate but oh if you don't feel bad, well now you probably aren't saved. It's the same can, just kicked down the road. Don't ever look at yourself for validation or invalidation. Keep your eyes on Jesus Christ always. Who he is, what he has done. He is your confidence. Not your convictions. Do you sin everyday? Multiple times? Do you feel bad EVERY time you do something wrong? How about EVERY time you DONT do the right thing? I'd bet not. He is your confidence! Just my thoughts on your comment! Merry Christmas!

Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw- each one’s work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though *he himself will be saved,* but only as through fire. - 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 (ESV) Italics mine "Why do you pass judgment on your brother? I can sin it up!" I dont get where they make that accusation as if we are all a bunch of free love hippies, running around having orgies because "hey, we're saved so why not?"

Titus 2.11 the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to everyone. 12It instructs us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live sensible, upright, and godly lives in the present age, 13as we await the blessed hope and glorious appearance of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. 14He gave Himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.

Yeshua said in Matthew 7:13-14 that the way that leads to life is narrow and difficult and few find it. Free grace sounds very easy. What am I missing?

Your position as a believer will change your heart from willful sin. The deeper you get with God the easier it is for you to resist sin. The new creature walks after the Spirit and not after the flesh. Faith without works is dead. We got skin in the game.

@@cleretfernandes5972 resist the devil and he will flee from you. Temptations are inevitable and only make us stronger the more we overcome in God’s grace. Have an honest conversation with God in your heart as soon as you are faced with temptations. God will help us if we ask. It’s impossible to swim upstream without God. Talk to Him. Reason with your Creator and great King. God listens to us. 🙏🏽♥️

No we can’t earn it but we must obey it! Titus 2: 11-14 “11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.”
