    And so, we need to crafty similar questions for the players or others: -- Does the organization's culture or philosophy match mine? -- Is it supporting colleagues that I would be proud to stand alongside? -- Am I putting in the work for the long term, not just for the moment? -- Does leadership avoid or embrace management that is proactive?
