Just watched Onana for Belgium, I was impressed. He has the right profile we need with Licha and Mainoo on the field.
I'm glad you listened to me and Nourudeen and started watching Bologna
This isn't a bonus signing but i feel this player will kill 2 birds with one stone. I would love to have Giorgio Scalvini at United. IMO he can play as a CB as well as a DM. By signing him, he would be a good cover for 2 positions and with his versatility we wont have too many unhappy players in the squad being benched. This will work in his favour too in terms of game time. He really reminds me of Busquets in his physique and technical ability in tight space.

Great choices. I prefer Kephram Thuram over Onana for the same reason as you suggest.
Build a team around an 18 year old who averages 32 passes a game, has 1 league goal, 0 assists, 0 chances created, and 0% accuracy on his 3 crosses so far this season. The boy needs protecting for a year or 2, not more pressure added. As good as he is I wouldn’t even start him every game so he can grow into the role. He needs to be an understudy to a world class midfielder not somebody he is already better than.
loveeeeeee this you im always popping up in scout sections with signings etc new name ive stumbled across dorgu
I Like all your choices AJ bar Onana. Don’t see him as a player who will control the game as you’ve said ofc. I’d look into Youseff Fofana who is also a physical specimen At 6’1. Florentino Luis aswell if we sell Casemiro
Lucimi or Hicanpie from Leverkusen are very good back up options for back up to Licha .

I wanna see the diamond as ten hag used to use this and I want to see rashy or garnacho up top with hojlund attracking the flanks and then Bruno in the 10 and hopefully we get that old goal scoring form back therefore I would sign an experienced striker, 2 mids onana a must then a playmaker like Alex Garcia for girona then Grimaldo for lb and todibo as rcb and I wouldn’t worry about Martinez Injuries as I want shaw to be a back up lcb
Good team especially Onana we need legs in our midfield. RB or LB but I’m curious of Harry Amass development Dan Gore and the tricky winger from the academy
All u mentioned are perfect
Todibo, Lucumi and Williams are perfect IMO but I'm not so convinced on Onana and Zirkzee. Onana will definitely be over priced if Everton doesn't get relegated and there are surely better options. And for Zirkzee if maybe Bologna don't want to sell him as well as Lucumi, how about someone like Dallinga from Toulouse. And one more signing I would do is Zeno Debast for that RCB/RB role as a future to Varane and Lindelof.

@@Dj_KingTee He can be a ST, but not like Hojlund, somewhere between false nine and ST. That’s a crazy idea, but functionaly he can. I was a big fan of Dybala, but now I’m really don’t want him in MU, maybe as a squad player he would be “ok” for me, but not sure because of his mentality.
Adarabiyo is available on a free, Mikail Faye is a promising 20-30m a left footed young barcelona cb also capbable of lb so would cover both areas. This would be smart business.
Could you do a scout report on Juan Miranda, left back from real betis, his free in the summer and has really good attributes
Instead of singing onana I would get kephram. I think he gives us more technicality and we don't lose too much physicality and he is cheaper than onana. And my additional signing would be dorgu (left back)

What about Hjulmand for the midfield seems perfect
Aderbayo for Lukimi. Geetruida RCB- great physical profile fits all the rotations and is a key progressive passer for the side. From Feynord would be ok with being a rotation player. Fix more positions with cheaper signings.
5 Players is a bit light. United for depth purposes could use 9 0r 10. That's not me saying spend £300m, I think United can find some free transfer players for added depth. GK3 - Charlie Setford - £7m - English born keeper playing for Ajax so he knows how to play ETH style football. RB1 Jeremie Frimpong - £40m - Electric wing back, great crosser and will release the RW. RCB1 Jean Clair Todibo- £35m - as you mentioned an ideal fit for United. LCB2 Lloyd Kelly - Free Transfer - Left footer, premier league proven, helps the homegrown quota. Can play left back as well. LB2 Tyrick Mitchell - £20m - Reliable, all round good left back. CM1 Amadou Onana - £60m - Perfect CDM next to Mainoo. Speedy, tall and physical. CM3 Aleix García- £15m - perfect Eriksen replacement FWD2 Tammy Abraham - £40m - Pressing striker who can bang in goals. At 6"4 he is a massive target FWD3 Danny Welbeck - Free Transfer- Added depth and premier league proven For the right wing. I think they might not rule out bringing back Greenwood.

Do you want us to win the league or the championship?
Interesting suggestions, but the starting point needs to be who are United off-loading in the summer. After the shambles against Brentford, I suspect that a number of players will be sold including Rashford
Would u play dalot as compete wing back or inverted wing back
The team sheet thing your using h what is it
Just a question is our Goalkeeping decision Okay with Onana?
For strikers, I'd think about Ivan Toney, Evan Ferguson and Benjamin Šeško.
Todibo can play RB too, so he'd offer 3rd option. I'd also argue we need a Shaw replacement. Too injury prone and Malacia isn't great option either due to injury. I like Williams and Amad on RW side and depth on left of Garnacho / Rashford instead of guaranteed min. Left back would be Hernandez, Striker alt would be Gerroud.
In my opinion, I would really like frimpong, We have dalot, but what if they could co-exist by frimpong being further up, and covering all the space and helping out defensively, putting in crosses, but same could go for dalot. Frimpong could be out wide and dalot could go on a inverted run, dalot could go on an inverted run and have frimpong overlapping
Agree with all these signings
All good picks but they would be too expensive for Man United right now, maybe two or three can happen though.
of these suggestions, the one I'm most skeptical of is Onana
I completely agree with Todibo at RCB and Lucumi to backup Martinez at LCB, probably would both cost a combined 60-70 mill. I think Onana will be overpriced if Everton are not relegated, same with Braithwaite currently. Florentino Luis at 30-40 mill would be a shrewd signing. Monster in ground duels, athletic, technical, high ball retention and forward passer. Only aerial duels would be an area he could improve on. I don't think I've heard anyone play around with this idea yet but Frimpong as RW could be Gareth Bale 2.0, considering transition from fullback to winger. Ridiculous pace, 1v1 monster, really good G+A numbers this season in a system where he is essentially playing RW under Alonso. Based on reports, release clause around 35-40 mill pounds. Seems like a bargain. Also getting players in that 30-40 mill range would allow us to address more positions, such as RB (Geertruida) and another midfielder (Manu Kone). Also, I will die on the we should sign Jonathan David hill, such a good player that would be available on the cheap this summer. Some food for thought ☺
Milos kerkez for that backup lb spot
Boss why would you pick Onana over Joao Gomes? He played well on Saturday.

The internet
You should look at at Marko stamenic, that guy would be a bargain signing if united don't want to break the bank for onana. TRUST ME HE IS GOING TO BE WORTH IT
Onana will probably cost closer to 70 mil because of the cometition also going for him will skyrocket his price
I think we a LCB who can play LB, or a LB who can play LCB, someone like Aké, Alaba, Lucas Hernández, so on. Not sure who though.
honestly would like to see amad get more minutes and push along side nico williams. worried about competition almost on the wing and who might get forced out or if amad would get any minutes at all but 43mil is a steal for his talent. the other person i might sign would either be frimpong or i wish we could sign joao neves. i like the idea of khrepen thuram as well someone who can fill a lot of those holes in midfield and i love the idea of mount rotating with kobbie or bruno when thuram fills in for onana or kobbie after selling case and mctominay 😢
I like Onana, I'm just not quite convinced he has the on the ball quality that his price tag would really demand of him. For a similar or possibly cheaper price we could get Florentino Luis from Benfica. The guy who has been the foil for both Enzo Fernandez and now João Neves to showcase their skills. He shields the defence effectively, fills in the gaps in midfield allowing his midfield partner to roam where needed, and has the ability on the ball to actually be a bit of a playmaker. A slightly cheaper option but with a similar profile could be Mohamed Camara from Monaco, who this season has given Fofana the licence to get forward and show a more offensive side to his game. I think the English press specifically are overly drawn to a certain type of all actions or goal scoring midfielder. It's easy to spot and easy to write about. However, what United needs is that facilitator midfielder. Not the guy you notice because they are spraying 60 yard passes, or crunching into last ditch tackles, or scoring screamers from 35 yards. We need a Carrick type player, the guy who'll quietly do the jobs in midfield that enable everyone else to play 10-20% better. The facilitator, the midfield foil. Could Onana be that player? Maybe, I'm just not sure we have seen him play that way or show enough technical quality on the ball for a top side to justify spending the 60-70m it would likely cost to sign him. For 45-50m then absolutely snap him up for what he has shown and his EPL proven status. You can take a little gamble at that price that he could develop that more technical side of his game. One of the biggest errors United have consistently made in the past decade or more is they sign players who are playing well in a totally different system or style of play to what United play. They then struggle to replicate their previous form in the new system. Sancho is a prime example, a player who excelled in a high pressing team where players played in close proximity to each other. He then moved to United that didn't press high and where players played in bigger spaces on their own. Suddenly Sancho is 30 yards deeper and 10 yards wider when he gets the ball, and is expected to beat at least one player on his own and make up those 30-40 yards. We didn't get Dortmund form Sancho because we don't play like Dortmund. For me that's a concern with signing Onana, he plays for a transitional Everton side who don't play with the ball. Which automatically raises the question of how would he play in a more ball dominant, possession based side. Currently there is no evidence to suggest he would thrive in that system, unlike a player like Florentino Luis who has played in that style or Mohamed Camara who has also excelled in a more possession controlled side. While they haven't proven themselves in the EPL they have proven themselves playing for a side that plays a similar style to what we want to play, for me that is far more important.

Elite ball knowledge bro. I’ve been begging most United fan forums to look into Florentino Luis who actually is off the charts for tackles, interceptions, passes completion, passes attempted, and progressive passes. Onana is a good ball winner but does try to control the tempo and attempt enough passes, this cannot be taught, we’re asking him to do something he isn’t used to and we’ve done enough gambling in the past.
I want to see Aleksandr Golovin play for Manchester United so badly He's a set piece merchant, scores in big moments, assists in big moments, brings good vibes, long shot scorer, has a high workrate defensively, and overall is a humble man I really want to see if he would do good
We also need a left back/ left wing back Preferably one who can also play as a left Centre back.
Good options AJ, I would add a backup LB as well, from what we have seen this season, Shaw and Malacia are unreliable. If they can stay fit for a whole season, then I would say we go for a no 10 that will come in and help Bruno during his off days. I love Bruno but there are times he has questionable matches and he can be too erratic on the ball. Florian Wirtz looks like a good addition to us.

I would sign Onana any day anytime I agree with you
What we saw in last season is ETH play almost the same 11 players the whole season. Many players played 60+ games and came back shortly after the brake for the lengthy pre-season. And no doubt why this season many many players become injury prone.
I hope Utd keep AWB. He is unsung hero.
Agree with these 5 options (although I’d be happy with Sesko as much as Zirkzee) But on top of these 5 I would do the following: 1. Keep AWB as back up to Dalot 2. Sell Lindelof and replace with Aderabaiyo (free) 3. I would HAVE to buy a left back (Ait-Nouri for £30-35m for me), and therefore would let Malacia go out on loan
Nico williams is really good but I dont think he will be okay with staying on the bench
Mount as a backup for Bruno
What about Mohamed Simakan, Branthwaite, Kubo, Toney ?
So you want mufc to sell Amad? In my opinion we have enough wingers, the other positions you mentioned are ok
Some great picks but most would look good in any team rather than specifically advancing a system for Man Utd or being a viable transfer 😮
Onana a perfect option to replace Casemiro just the price issues are considerate, but Nico Williams am not quite convinced I think Leon Bailey or Pedro Neto are better options.
The potential exodus of players we have, I feel we have to take cheaper players and ultimately need some home grown to meet the requirements Still bring in todibo, would love branthwaite but we’ll be priced out. But bringing in adarabioyo for free would be smart business Olise is homegrown and whilst Nico Williams could be better, it might be someone we can look at further down the line A potential bargain at lb, particularly if Luton are relegated could be Alfie doughty. British again which would help allow us to bring in foreign players. I agree on Onana in midfield, there may be more attractive offers but premier league proven and the height to replace Mcsauce Sesko would also be worth a punt on his release clause at striker. Lot of potential and developing both would be great to alternate them. Just some thoughts really, would be interested to hear opinions
RCB - Todibo ✅ LCB- Goncalo Inacio ✅ Bring back Alvaro Fernandez Don’t buy onana❌ buy Andre from fluminese We don’t need wingers. We have youngsters like Garnacho, amad, pellistri alongside rashy and Antony. I’m not even going to mention greenwood because I don’t know what ineos want to do with him yet Get a backup striker. Ivan toney? Brobbey? Zirkzee? I don’t mind. Hojlund is going to be playing a lot. We just need a body in there
Branthwaite, Todibo, Khephren Thuram and Zirkzee would be great business.
Onana plays possession for Belgium but for me not worth above 50mill when weiffer hjulmand could both be bought for onana price
imo we should sign lb: miguel gutierrez lcb: lucumi/calafiori 2 rcbs: todibo, and tosin from fulham on a free 6: daniel boloca from sassuolo or fofana from monaco rw: olise st: sesko if we can sign at least 5-7 players in these positions we would have a good window imo

Nico Williams is mega, but I think if we buy him we have to forgo a proven striker (despite the release clause). I wouldn't mind this though - unless you spend £140m you don't get properly proven.
Wouldn't be surprised if mancity or realmadrid or bayern or any other big clubs or clubs who walk the walk rather than talk the talk like united comes in and swoops these players
Essentially we need to spend around £180m - £200m on just 3 players: a top tackling press resistant midfielder, a top centre back and an especially promising attacker. Anything else should come out of whatever (if any cash ) is left.
Isn't the biggest problem in attack that Rasmus is not getting any service? Nico Williams is a good carrier, but not a service providing winger. Poor at passing and does not track back. We already got that in Rashford right?
I wouldn't spend a dime on signing another winger before fully addressing the issues in the defense and midfield. In my opinion we need 2 midfielders not one Also, WE CAN'T IGNORE OUR PROBLEMS IN THE LEFT BACK POSITION
Throughout my recollection of the most triumphant ManU campaigns, one common thread emerges: success has never solely hinged upon the relentless work ethic of all eleven players. Instead, I am inclined to attribute it to the presence of individuals capable of executing quality long-range forward passes. Take, for instance, the likes of Scholes, whom Fergie famously summoned back from retirement to bolster the team in his final season. Even during Mourinho's tenure, Pogba showcased moments of brilliance, despite not necessarily epitomizing the archetype of the hardest worker. And let's not forget last season, where Casemiro admirably fulfilled this role to the best of his abilities, albeit within the confines of his own limitations. The key lies in creating spaces for these ManU players, as doing so unveils the full extent of their talents.
@chiemekaelumeziem4663

Fergie said this when he recalled Scholes to the squad "How can it be regressive? You're getting a player for nothing who's been part of the club for 20-odd years. With £55m spent on Mount we need to figure out his place in the 1st 11, as he is also 2 footed, capable of wing play or as a 10, 8 isn't for him. Garnacho gets left or right starting and I think Diallo deserves his shot as cover on the right. Mount covers left. Nico seems legit but Diallo deserves his opportunity. Onana is over priced at £55m, Kimmich at 29 with his experience and final yr would be a better option IMO. Otherwise Paulinha, but he will cost £70m, Gomes otherwise. Up top, I'd have Gyokeres. Big, sniper of a shot, 22 goals and 10 assists in 24 this year and maybe more affordable. Nice Vid though, your choices are still very solid, especially given the under 26 and below 60m criteria. And Todibo is a dead cert I hope.
LCB Hato from Ajax RCB Todibo from Nice CDM Neves from Benfica ST Sesko from Leipzig And a LB Im fine with Wan-Bissaka staying, otherwise Frimpong I dont think we need another winger unless we sell Rashford, lets first see if Amad and Antony will start performing now after Liverpool.
LUCIMI, NICO and ZIRKZEE
Our backup winger is Amad Diallo. Come on man AJ! Funds are too scarce for Nico Williams
Caquaret still is a great option in my eyes. Versatile player with all the basics required. Lacks the great physical profile but woudnt break the budget. Could replace Eriksen/Amrabat in the squad and be a great rotation addition. He might want to get a move after this horrible season of Lyon.

Yeah but would you really trust him to play a double pivot? Receiving the ball in United's 3rd? I don't see Mount for that role at all tbh.
I will sign myself as a holding midfielder
Realistically if i want to add one more player for max 65 mil i would sign a lb, and i would try to get hartman from feyenoord. He can easily be a potential greatness for years to come and will never cost you more than 30 to 35 mil
I like this. The only one I’m not sure about is Onana. He is quality, but I’m not sure he has the defensive intelligence to play as our lone 6? Or even as our deepest midfielder. Maybe it’s just because I don’t watch Everton much, but he seems to be more of a get stuck in type than a cover and intercept passes type. I’ve had enough of players diving in and leaving us exposed. We need someone to sit back me cover for Mainoo and our CAM. That being said, I also think the problem with predicting a transfer window is that we need 10+ players. Not even talking ideally, if you look at that team at the end, it’s just not good enough. It’s still missing at least 5 players for depth. I’d also look at replacing Rashford, Shaw, and maybe even Bruno. All three very talented players, and I love Shaw and Bruno especially, but I just don’t think they’re right for us going forward. Rashford still has the mentality of an 18 year old, as talented as he is. Shaw is constantly injured, is almost 30, and I could see a rapid decrease in quality over the next few years for him tbh. I love Bruno, but if he is asked to play truly unselfish, possession based, simple football, I just don’t see him doing it. He’s also getting on in age ofc. Along with a backup RB, LB, DM, CM, and I’d look at getting a more experienced striker like Taremi, to help with Hojlund’s progression, as well as adding extra depth. That’s the 5 you talked about here, plus 3 to replace Shaw, Rashford, and Bruno, plus the 5 extra for depth. That’s THIRTEEN signings that we need. How have we managed to get in this position? I’m glad you put a £65m cap on it at least, people talking about £100m+ signings are ridiculous when we need this many players.
1. Araujo or Schloterbeck 2. Raspadori 3. Rabiot. 4. Hugo Duro. Players I wish we signed on top: 5. Olmo 6. Kokcu 7. Estupian Also bring Greenwood back. We moved on from this situation
I love how you just got rid of Antony😂 But in reality he’s staying for a while..
There's a whole lotta Europe but the best united can do for that midfield is onana from Everton who will at least cost £60m cba
High chance Eriksen and Casemiro leave, ideally we would need a player capable of offering cover for the 6 we sign, and Mainoo. Teun Koopmeimers would be my pick, very technical player capable of playing across all of midfield.
Five signings Todibo, gonçalo inácio, Onana, johan bakayoko, Toney Extra signing Frimpong as RB
