The Fish Locker Wrecking Rig - THIS RIG CATCHES FISH - Wreck Fishing for BIG LING!!!

This video shows how effective The Fish Locker Wrecking Rig is at catching those BIG wreck fish. Designed from years of deep sea fishing experience this rig is perfect for Ling, Conger and Cod. I explain how to bait it, then show how to fish a wreck on the drift. Explain the rigs designs and how to modify it to suit your conditions. THIS RIG CATCHES FISH!!
Currently there are several fishing tackle retailers stocking my signature Fish Locker rigs. Here is a link to my local tackle shop - lizardtackleandbait.co.uk/cox...

Made up some 2 hook wrecking rigs (great video thanks) and caught a ling just like you did as soon as it hit the bottom. What did cross my mind as we started to catch big conger the top hook was in danger of hooking myself when I disgorged it what with it thrashing around outside the boat because he wasn't coming in on deck so I took the top hook off. Ling does taste great. Happy fishing John

Excellent show once again . I didn’t know commercial fishing boats could fish wrecks, continuing to learn from the master… On to another angler who had his own tv show, without giving out his name, I’m going back about 25/30 years maybe. He would pop the fishes swim bladder with his knife and toss them back in saying that they live to fight another day. Now like I said I’m not going to give out his name, and to be honest I did look up to this guy for a very long time. Needless to say my opinion has changed to do with our estranged partners who also manage the Great Barrier Reef….😉🤔🤭😳😲🤫

Certain fish when caught from shallow areas can be returned. But when fishing at such depths, the damage is also internal. The nervous system, its organs the lot. They may swim out of sight. But they die.

As a young lad I watched Jaws, and then went out with Frank Vinnicombe on our family holiday. The ocean was like tomato soup for miles and miles with plankton(He said he had never seen it like that before)it was too calm for shark so we fished a very deep wreck. My father and I were canal and pond fishermen. Our 2lb leads in really deep water just felt like big fish. We kept hitting bites and fighting our empty tackle. We blanked but the men gave us a big ling. We had a BBQ (I'm sure Habitat brought BBQ to Britain that year with its £8 Hibachi grill) and it was the best bbq meal I can remember. Is it nice fresh and BBQ'ed or was it just my excitement about eating on a Falmouth beach in the dark(we even had beach candles because my sister had a Saturday Job at Habitat).
