Whoa Dude, You just made my day as I had no idea this movie was in the works. The 70's was such a great decade for horror films and if this is half as good as the original, it will be well worth a look. Great cast indeed, and if it's not CGI heavy or too reliant on jump scares, all the better. I'm not religious at all but spooky religion based horror is always intriguing. A good one which may have flown under the radar somewhat a little while back was Saint Maud. Highly recommended.

Nice, you just made me check out Saint Maud. This one I definitely missed and it has good reviews 😁Yeah the 70s and 80s I think had such fantastic ideas for horror and was more of an innocent time i guess in terms of scaring the audience. Not that we can't be scared again but many movies are too convoluted with ideas and story complexity. The Omen is about the son of the devil and there we go, that's all you need haha. The newer trailer seems to confirm a birthday from a woman. I guess they are doing something different. We'll see how it plays out but I dunno how many pet jackals the Vatican keep anyways 😉

They said he was but we never see it. Could just be more lies told by the church perhaps. It does seem from the newer trailer that they are not taking that path. I really it is good, whatever they decide.

All the Omen movies are kind of terrible. The first one is OK. The second one is awful. The third one is terrible but Sam Neill is incredible as adult Damien. I am slightly intrigued that we don’t have to deal with some shitty little brat playing the Antichrist. I hate the rotten little Limeys from I and II lol 😂 The fourth TV movie actually used to scare me but was also fucking horrible. I checked out after that one. I am enjoying the shots of this lead actress who is super-hot and I am super surprised Ralph Ineson is in this movie that will most likely be “not good”. What the fuck is Charles Dance doing in this?! 😂 I actually might go see this. Who knows.

I had the same feeling of shock when i saw so many names in this. Good names of people that usually associate themselves with artistic projects etc. We're still just under one month away and yeah it could be crap but just on the trailer alone I was getting some good vibes. I think if I were to go back and watch those films i'd feel the same buddy haha. I never watch The Omen series either but apparently it was better than the films...

It was confirmed by sneak preview journalists and other YB videos have conformed it aswell. It's unfair because it makes the whole film series mislaeding and many people will rightly think this film is simply a remake of Rosemary's baby. @@ENTERTAINtheDUDE
