Never will beat the original. It's like the original Exorcist. Something about those movies that captures Evil. New movies just can't compete and never will. 🤘👹🤘

Close minded individual not able to look past the classics & give the new a chance. Look at dune for example, 1984 & 2000 dune classics were both arguably garbage compared to the 2021 & 2024 masterpieces we see right now. Dune part two is the best movie of 2024 & for that reason you should also give the new omen a chance whether you like remakes or not, it could be really good but you wouldn’t know if you don’t even give it a chance & always think the “new movie just can’t compete & never will” 🤷‍♂️

Maybe it's because you were younger and scary movies seemed more frightening than they do when you get older. When was the last time you watched the old version?

Man Ralph Ineson’s voice is so cool sounding. It’s kinda up there with ones like Rob Perlman and Ian mcShane for me where I can instantly pick them out and also wanna hear them voice so many characters

perfectly said - you can tell alot about a movie - the ones that suck by its trailer. This is going to suck, unless youve never seen the original - but todays kids dont have the appreciation for anything that isnt CGI

I dont watch horror but like most modern movies they'll cheat and use jumpscares, old omen/horror is frightening based on the lore. Ive seen no name horror movies that didnt focus on the gore and it was scary as heck focusing on the nature of what the movie was about not gore/loud noises. Go into the horror section of a video store in the old days and pick anything up and you'll get it. Eg i aaw one called "mummy" where ubkillable mummies were bullet proof and they were eating their victims. Also i think pt5 had sam neil, adult damien and pt6 sequel was a girl. The franchise was over when you run out of ideas like that

Another Omen movie? Meh. I liked the original, and even liked the Omen IV, but all these prequels and remakes are underwhelming and overdone. Unless I hear amazing things, I'll probably skip this one to be honest.
