Crow was shit. Only reason it ever got any attention whatsoever is because it was Bruce Lee’s son and he died while making it. Ive been saying for YEARS it needs a remake and now we finally have one, maybe this time they can get it right. Same with Highlander. Both have good concepts but are cringingly bad, literally everything about them is bad except the concept which is why they deserve, no NEED a remake.

I agree with you about that, they should have left this movie alone they have disrespected a true legend! Brandon Lee is the one and ONLY one who has done this movie and made it a classic. BRANDON LEE DIED in the original movie and by damn it that right there should have been the ONLY movie made!!!! This movie needs to be taken off the mindset of anyone who feels like this reboot is going to be any good because I myself am going to boycott this movie and the people who are trying to make him look like this!!!! Even if the Crow remake is decent, it won’t have the same impact as the original, or a killer soundtrack.

The crow will never be recreated, I've seen every remake ever made and was not disappointed, The reason being is nothing can top Brandon Lee or the Original but the omage to The original is why i enjoyed them

Not a remake, it's a re-imagining, they're completely different

I dont mind a remake if they put a new spin on it, but in the Crow's case the new spin is they literally just made it into John Wick. Everything about is shot for shot John Wick. From the grand set pieces to the shot composition to the bad guys. Gratuitous kills and especially the front camera shots of the characters walking silently.

You can't rewrite the crow because the real first actor died because something shot into him by the gun during when they were filming the movie and that actor wasn't just a actor, he's a legend.

I loved the original Crow. I love Brandon Lee in this role. Did we need another Crow, maybe not. But I am still excited to see it. The battle scenes seem interesting.

I understand the love and nostalgia for the original but It looks like it's worth a watch.

I will never watch it. They are spitting on the original and disrespecting Brandon Lee's last and greatest movie. It's a true shame!!

Because the so called classic that is Crow was finished the way it was because the actor died and not as it was good. I grew up when the original Crow was made, it's a cult classic but I would never call it a good or even a great film and they decided to retry it to get the vision they wanted finally and there is nothing wrong with it. It's not like it's the Lion King or Little Mermaid that nearly ruined the franchise as the live actions were so bad it's not funny, the original was unfinished at best and hopefully this will give it an ending that it deserved to have.

If you are going to remake something it should be to make it relevant to a younger generation but nobody really watched the crow for any reason other than Brandon. To start with: you picked the wrong Skarsgard for this role. As for the character itself, it has nothing to do with The Crow. The original comic was a way for the author to face some guilt he was holding, related to his girlfriend's death. This looks like a movie about a kid, who's just got the power to make all of his tantrums come true.

We are all thinking and talking about Brandon Lee, how is that disrespect?! I am can't wait to see the remake, because I love everything about "The Crow" universe!!
