Crappy part about being a older horror fan is you've seen so many of the same movies and scares. As i slowly approach my 50s I still will watch every one I can squeeze in ........including the B's and C's of the genre....but man I endlessly search for a new original horror movie and just revel in the feeling it provides when it comes every now and again. Keep it coming!!!

As a Gen Xer I’d love and appreciate most horror films. Makes me appreciate that none of them are happening to me. Watch the movies Hardware, They Live, and the original V the miniseries. The horror of art reflecting life.

I'm in the same boat but man when we see a Good one it makes it worth it. Here's a decent scary movie I think you will enjoy. "Caveat" it should be on Shudder. Low budget film, but good story good mystery and a really good creepy scare at the ending.

True Horror fans like me who watch basically every single horror movie that comes out. we sit through alot of garbage. But every once in a while, we come across a masterpiece that makes it all worth it. "Smile" "Talk to me" were the last two one that I thoroughly enjoyed. I sat through some craps one this year but Imaginary looks like it may be one of the special ones again.

Yeah, I remember that one really scaring me as a kid.He would make a terrifying horror villain.I'm sure I read something about it being based on something that actually happened in some Norwegian, or German village centuries ago where a load of kids just vanished, and the only suspect was this stranger musician who was never seen again...

@@capnjackgallows3204 Who told you...since the correct translation of its title is actually Holy Week. They may have the same title that could have been avoided if the distributor directly translated it. Thus from that, they actually have different stories if you care to watch.

I wanna know how everyone missed a shark big enough-and who would care enough-to bite her. Like…She’d have to stand on a reef or lemon shark for them to care, and you would hope that, as shallow as she was standing, someone would notice a fin…a wake…a shadow…something of an approaching shark. Half of them were on the beach looking at her. Reef sharks can be subtle in the shallows but for gods sake have some situational awareness!

Funny In sting they say horror has a new face. Really? How many movies have there been with the spider as the monster in all history 🙄

Pretty sure TAROT will be available on Netflix after its theatrical run since it's from SONY.. Why is The Entity from the Philippines here? It was released here in 2019. And since been available on Netflix Philippines. Also, looking forward to Maika Monroe's Longlegs.

I definitely will not be watching Cinderella’s curse. It does bring back to the roots of the original story, but they took it a little too far.

@@GOPSlayer I think i seen all of them and yes they do freak me out also. Stay out the Sharks domain i say. The one with them paddle-boarding as a group. Similar get together type event. I think one lost their partner or divorced. Doesn't help either i also watched recently the one with the two models i guess and their ex boyfriend / new boyfriend one. That had them stuck in a predicament. That one drove me nuts.. As i could clearly see land but a paddleable distance. Not to mention a rando on a jetski.

another keen observation: why are so many horror movies beginning with an overview arial shoot of a car going down a wooded road, usually on a mountain range, as if every horror tht happens must be in that "out of the way new start" at a old home far away, and is being used to death... cant evil just decide to go into a home that people already live in? is it a lease type of possession?

Well, they were under the popular concept that today's people prefer drama to actual monster doing things i'm very much old school and i'm looking forward to seeing things happening rather than suggestions of what might happen.

Soooooo... this is what I learned from these coming attractions: All horror movies are now written and directed by 20 year olds who have been tricked into believing they are creative and smart. Those 20 year olds have never actually watched a horror movie. Horror movies will no longer contain "horror". The main audience of horror movies (white men), are no longer allowed to star in them. And we may actually be living in one of these crappy horror movies.
