He didn't mention the best part of going up the triangle. You get a stick with a cloth rectangle and put it into the top of the triangle! Makes the whole journey worthwhile.

@Aiden Hafer well yeah but that doesn't make it a scar. yes if u remove the ink it will be disfigured but only if you did it violently. the fact that we can remove tattoos without leaving a scar is proof of this. second of all that shows that originally (right after the ink was put in) there is no scar. there would only be a scar after the ink was "removed." if it helps perhaps my analogy would be better if the ink was stitching? and it was one of those art pieces?

@Aiden Hafer You're pushing pigment (like used in paint) Commonly Carbon for black under the skin, scaring is bad as it will mess with the image. essentially, you're just making art or a painting under the protection of the outer or dead layer of skin. It does not go away as your body does not react with it and your skin protects it from outside elements/washing away.

I've walked, crawled, and otherwise forced myself upon some of these triangles. They didn't seem to enjoy it, more like they really wanted me to stop. They even went so far as to occasionally throw rocks, snow, and ice at me. I have no idea why I did that. So, that's a thing that happened.

Not gonna lie, as a mountain rescuer, that photoshop of that scene from "The Shining" hit a little too close to home, but then you pulled back from being a little too dark and made me appreciate "First Guy" for at least contemplating these sorts of things before attempting them. Stay safe on those triangles, friends! They are indeed very cold.

That description at the end about skiing is how my trainer for the PSIA taught us to be ski instructors. He reminded us that skiing is insane and that we're all crazy for doing this for a living. That we strap planks to our feet and throw ourselves off mountains hoping we won't die.

Strapping two sticks and sliding down very fast is not liked? Perhaps, strapping to a board might be even better.

Perhaps strapping a small house to a Wire thats connected to 2 Polls, 1 of them being in the ground and the other on the top of the triangle, and then using a motor to move the house up the wire might help people do such a action

I mean I think it's because we are so controlled by emotion. Logically climbing a mountain is pointless. But it's emotionally fulfilling. Same with other emotionally fulfilling things like love.

"The shining" reference in the picture is a good reference. If you don't know, at the end of the shining, Jack froze and that's what it looked like when he froze at the end. Also, fun fact about the shining: the meme "here's Johnny" was not in the script, but they decided to add it in there anyway. Thus, the memes came idk how many years later, but although it's a dead meme, the shining is still one of king's best movies
