It has not aged at all because it parallels modern politics so well.
One of the best comedy series ever! I remember watching it as a teenager and loving every second of it.
You watch this series to admire Humphrey's brilliance the first time, then Jim's cluelessness the second time. Paul Eddington could act better than half of the actors in history just by using his face!

@@lovesarita That is the greatest disaster of this century 😂 Seriously though, I didn't know this, it's a huge shame he didn't get Best Actor, especially for the second season of Yes, Prime Minister when he was in end-stage cancer and still delivering an acting masterclass.

When this first aired I was going out with civil servant. The stories she told make this lot look competent. I hope they're better these days but I doubt it.
