Your tier list good but i always like mid tier characters beating top tier characters my all time favourite Ryu,dhalsim and T-Hawk currently not much people using ryu in tournaments except Jimmy

Was curious as to your thoughts on Alex. I notice Punk/iDom usually have him pretty dang high while EU & JPN don't which is strange considering I've seen ProblemX play him a fair amount and even beat Punk's Karin at some point. While NA I think the top player using him is probably Prototype.

I think Alex can be very good in many matchups, but that he struggles with too many things to be considered a well rounded character. Dont get me wrong though, he can still smash you fast haha.

Alex can look broken in the correct hands, but that character has too many flaws to be considered top tier. ProblemX and Prototype are magians. I haven't watched enough of Prototype's Alex to talk about his playstyle but ProblemX plays the most patient Alex I've ever observed. As a character Alex needs to be up close , he has to get in on his opponent to get the party started. Alex can do top tier damage if he can get in and get a read or mixup on his opponents, but... Alex is at the most mid tier in a capable players hands.

If I was making a tier list of SFV characters, I would definitely give Ryu an S tier, because in my opinion he is the best.

Chun li cannot stop people from jumping consistently, she is not top 10. It's just that the top players in Japan don't jump q lot.
