This is so comically absurd and brutally good at the same time... and some of the details are so exact (compared to Raiders of the Lost Ark's "GMC Mercedes" truck, for example), as the truck in this scene is a wartime Citroen T45 "Meluna", a truck that actually was used in the war. Ok, the tank is T-54/55... I admit.

Yeah, the 54/55's are all over the place out east, so pretty easy dress one up as WWII German tank. Rather difficult to run into an actual Tiger or Panther just laying around let alone one that still actually runs!

While the plot is good, the whole thing is unfortunately spoiled by this T54/55, normally it's like watching Patton from 1970, where German tanks played the M48.

Love how the Germans are driving a Russian T-54 that wasnt even invented yet! LOL

This is how you write a legend. Of course it's hyperbolic. That's why it's entertaining AF! I would love to see more from this lore, like how he got gutted. Those scars down his belly tell a story i wanna see. A lot could be done with this character.

Wasn't it pretty obvious from the get go that this movie didn't give a sh about realism? It's funny how people try to be smart pointing out this one thing in a movie that's obviously sheer fantasy and just outrageous fun. It would be a lot more impressive if someone managed to find something fact- based from this film😂

Amazing

I loved this movie until the unbelievable plane crash at the end. I know he's supposed to be legendary, but I just couldn't accept him surviving unscathed while the airplane disintegrated. It just blew it for me. I could have dealt with him finding a parachute at the last second and jumping out with the chute opening enough to slow him down as he slammed into the mud OUTSIDE the plane crash. THEN he could have crawled out of the mud. Physics trumps stoicism, lack of the force or no Thor's Hammer.
