@Snyder Steppenwolf why don't pick up a comic and realize that the theatrical cut of justice league was more true to Superman in general than the Snyder cut, not just the Christopher Reeve version. Superman isn't as cocky as you claim. Plus, Superman may have multiple versions, but they are more consistent with the theatrical cut version of Superman than the Snyder cut version. Superman has uncounted times lifted stuff during his career that should either have vaporized when subjected to such immense strain on such a tiny area, or broken apart (like Lois Lane in the first Superman movie).

I know this scene was corny asf but Superman saying “I believe in truth. I’m also a big fan of justice” was such a classic line that embodies his character. Yeah it didn’t fit the tone of Snyder’s vision or the movie, but I personally really liked that line

I disagree. Batman...has some comments like that throughout the Justice League and Justice League Unlimited series. Yeah they can't be said all the time...but occasionally Batman says something 'nice'.

Eh, it fits pretty well with Silver Age Batman. He hasn't always been a totally grim dark character. I like that they are mixing different interpretations of the character.

Henry initially took Superman down a darker path so for him to say "Is this guy still bothering you?" Is very Christopher Reeve of him hahaha

I love how Superman and Cyborg are joking around and then they start laughing in agonizing pain.
