What a great bit of kit! What would you recommend for speed but using the DJI 03 unit so I can use current googles etc? Be great if this ever came with the 03 unit!

You could put an 03 in a race frame. I strapped an 03 on one So much fun!!! Check out my video

I started flying this version of the Mach5R-HD (6s / ELRS) in October 2023. Same motors and basically the same frame (without the cool shell). Although USA FAA limits quad speeds to below 100 mph, I understand Team iFlight has video showing this configuration exceeding 130 mph (215 kph /60 m/s) kzread.info/dash/bejne/aaiez5ajpdjcgKQ.html

@@andykirby - kind of you to say. I have two Mach5 HD drones (different model years. The oldest (which is the "version 1" model year 2022) is about 10% slower than the current "V2" (model year October 2023). The HD version is the full vista air unit and standard DJI camera.

If this was digital I'd buy it in heart beat

Try the Analog LightSwitch V2 Ultra five33 race drone or a min chan kim race drone they all go that fast and have done for years now its not the fastest there all like that now min chan kim s drone has 2100kv motors on 6s i have one and i have never given full throttle yep because it would be to hard to handle.

you should measure the speed. It does not look more than 100 km /h. I have made 2s toothpick that can reach 100km/h and flight looks very similar.
