📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
350 g all-purpose flour (2 3/4 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
5 egg yolks
80 g powdered sugar (2/3 cup)
180 g butter (6.3 oz)
1 tbsp vanillin sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Grated zest of a lemon
Cream:
750 g quark or cottage cheese (3 cups)
130 g sugar (2/3 cup)
1 egg
Grated zest of a lemon
Topping:
5 egg whites
5 tbsp sugar
Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake the cake for 20 minutes, then another 10 minutes.
Use a 33cm x 29cm (13" x 11.5") baking pan

Das Rezept gibt es bei uns in Ungarn auch, nur bei uns kommt auf den Linzerteig erst noch eine dünne Schicht Aprikosenmarmelade. Ich kippe den Eischnee einfach nur drüber, und mach mit der Teigkarte wellig, aber auf dieser Art ist es natürlich ganz hübsch :)
