What a beautiful conversation. loved every bit of it here's my 2-cent TedTalk 1. you need to be your own best friend first. this is so important 2. keep your friends separate if you want no drama 3. self reflect if something goes wrong with more than once 4. kill your expectations 5. if you recognize a red flag, run! 6. don't put all your emotional luggage on one person 7. don't tell your friends to get married once you are. We really outgrow friendships with time. but it is okay to change path if you spot toxicity. you are gonna miss sweet memories but that's it, you keep them & move on.

This podcast hits like a breath of fresh air. Love how positive, raw and authentic you all are. Absolutely love the energy. Where you guys been all this time seriously. I specifically like the way you guys address the red/ green flags and touch upon sensitive topics too while not keeping it all toxically positive. Grow and glow!

Love!!!!! Love!!!!! Love!!!!! Females have egos attached in the friends circle and this does lead to breakups. My friends are not available physically for random meetups due to curfews and kids but the best thing is to that we are emotionally available for each other. ❤

Love it - like you guys pointed out I feel female friendships are so essential for every girl. More than a relationship. It's easy to survive without a guy but female friend? Nah- ah. Not for me. Adding to your red and green flag debate. I think green flag for me is someone whose there for me when it gets tough if they're able to. Like I can pick up the phone , call them and I'd know they'd listen and be empathetic and try to work on a solution. Red flag is when they consider u a doormat or take advantage of ur kindness. I just really love this topic. Thank u for making a podcast on it. ❤

Great podcast. Good conversation. Just to clarify, at 32:01 this lady talks about deep friends and say that she would prefer someone who she can call 2 in the morning and share her problems but in the same very minute she says she doesn’t want someone who talks about their trauma because that is tiring for her. Hmm… thats one-way “relationship”. You don’t want a friend probably, you want a listener and i have heard that therapists are great at it. I think she didn’t mean to say what she said but to anyone who reads this should not expect friendships to be about themselves and their problems. Much love❤

I love the topic it was engrossing, i heard mariana saying k in Pakistan usually people are connected too much they are always together matlab relatives mai bhi outside too . To friendship ho hi jati hai , easily, but in my case i wanted to tell you that k im an introvert tou it took me years to make a friend im talkative too but i like to be in my shell doesn't open up with everybody except for afew or fir after a point , i lost them because i wasn't up to there expectations like im homebody I don't attend parties and do the things extroverts do ,,so I'm 23 yrs old now mere kuch bachpan ki cousins dostein thi kuch school college ki but they are no nore my friends unhi cousins k sath i met at occasions we get along enjoy also par i know we are not the one we used to be in our childhood , it is just for the sake of time , i know they might be feeling same for me but its done and dusted wo waqt guzar gaya hai i can't do anything about it... Siwaye kabhi kabhi sochne k is bare mai ..

I also feel k khushi k dino mai to sab hi sath hote hai ,,friend is someone who Jo bad days mai bhi sath ho because u need them there the most .. so I'm unable to find that 1 person isliye mai samhti hu Mera koi female ya male friend nhi hai and I know it's all because of me kyuke I am an introvert person and I have no confidence...

Green Flags: Someone who makes you feel safe and secure as a friend. You feel home with them. Even if you are talking after months or years you feel the same kind of happiness like always. You don’t have to think twice sharing any kind of personal thing with them. Red flags: When someone takes your kindness or trust for granted, making you insecure, putting you down infront of others and covering it up as a joke. Too much expectations and gilay shikway all the time. My general opinion: If your friendship is making you miserable then you are better without it of course. It can be that you both are not wrong but not compatible and that is totally fine. No need to force friendships just because you want to socialise and you think you will be alone without them. Even if you have only one friend who is a green flag for you, that is better than a group of toxic friends :)

I like your podcast but it has some underlining to it . Many people watched friends in their tough phase they like it enjoy it. In big bang theory they also show female friendships as the show progress. In sitcoms female friendships don't talk about boys all time .
