You are trapped in an endless underground passageway.
Observe your surroundings carefully to reach "The Exit 8".
Make sure not to overlook any anomalies.
If you find any anomalies, turn back immediately.
If you don't find any anomalies, keep going.

If you read the letter at the end of the hallway after you've completed it, it explains that you can find all of the anomalies by continuing the game as normal. Once you discover the anomaly and go back, it checks it off of the list, and you'll get a new one. If you endlessly run forward, the same ones will repeat to give you an opportunity to catch it again.
