This is my latest and probably last version of Exiting Backrooms that combines Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 adding 10 more minutes of extra footage. I hope the experience will be more immersive when it’s uninterrupted. These videos take a lot of time to render on my slow laptop but I’ll try to make more soon. Thank you for your support! FRANK

I'm invested in Emily's story. She was a creepy mf but she seemed more of a lost soul rather than an actual danger. Would be interesting to know if that's actually her in chapter 2 or if it's more of an illusion of her. If not an illusion, is she just mute now, or paralysed? I'd love to find out more.

Why there can't be any friendly entities...there's even some of them in the lore...or at least neutral ones. I know friendly entities doesn't fit into the horror theme but there are friendly monsters from mythology. I don't see why these Backroom videos can't feature an occasional entity that's friendly.

In fact, I think this needn't have been a backrooms video at all. I love the ambiguity of it: allusions to childhood trauma and a plane crash, with no real resolution or payoff. I dont find it scary but beautiful eerie abstract very trippy. Love how you use these elements to make compelling messages and express a story that cannot b understood any othr way.

I imagine this to be the after life but more to a darker place. People who had NDE’s who described going to darker places instead of the light, described it similar to this, where you were in the weird foreign place. Like in this video, your in a room and two doors lead to different places, also the falling, or going down corridors to God knows what dimension they lead to, hands and other creatures grabbing on to you, and of course the fear, just like the fear we get from watching this video, fear of the unknown maybe. Very interesting how it’s similar to the spirit world in those ways

Bro... Idk if i’m the only one but the ambient in this video is soooo peaceful & dreamy i mean idk how to explain but its such an amazing ambient that « i think » is so much relatable, its like we are dreaming about an adventure in strange but interesting places, its not even scary enymore, its just the pure imagination that reminds me the 90s childhood vibe... its solo hard to explain what i réel watching this... but enyway, keep going bro pls do more stuff with this kind of ambient and adventure... tbh i could sleep so well watching this vidéo... maybe i’m the only one....

I don’t know what Backrooms is (first related video for me), but it’s very interesting, like complex points of views of reality, universe. It’s some great mad mix of Lynch, King, Lovecraft. As Russian I also remember and fell mood of Tarkovskiy. It makes to think about multiverse and about that this reality could be not one. Many thanks for video👍

Besides the terror this one game designer has made the greatest piece of morbid art I have ever seen.

Before the backrooms were ever a thing I’ve had a few dreams about being in a place like this and there was other random people in there trapped of all ages and I remember you had to solve riddles and mazes to escape and I swear to god I actually escaped after having the same dream a few times and ever since than I haven’t dreamt of it since, and it’s been many years. Very strange…

I'm only 4 minutes in, and this might be the single best Backrooms video I've seen yet. Including the ones from you-know-who 1, and you-know-who 2. I gotta add: a Backrooms project doesn't simply say a lot about an FX creator, it tells everything. A very effective barometer. It's incredibly easy to simply and lazily rely on ambience, jump-scares, and creatures. And the ordinary creators can only do that much. Finding someone like this is a bit of a surprise. How did I not see this channel before? As mentioned, I'm only minutes into this video, but based on just the first few minutes I'm decently confident that this person probably has great ideas on display in the rest of the channel. Am I right? Dunno. We'll see in a bit. If I'm wrong, I'll absolutely come back and edit this comment. If I'm right, well, no edit needed. You can teach a monkey skills, but you can't teach taste. And there's still nearly a half hour left!
