Love the look of it, and there’s no where near as much recoil in real life than it shows in most other FPS games. I hate how much they butcher the SVD in almost everything.

The best part about DMR users is our symbiotic relationship with short range species. My buddy were using shotguns lately while I covered him from anything further than 2 meters away.

you should've mentioned the alpha user having a distinctive roar hearable across vast distances that triggers a fight or flight response from the other animals. that gun is a damn cannon

I loved that the MK18 got it's own class of power, ascending far beyond the average Chad. P.S, I'm a biology student and am absolutely in love with the series. It would be interesting if you began to incorporate the native habitat of the species (Vepyr Hunters sticking to Customs and occasionally venturing into the depths of Reserve, MK18s rarely leaving their feeding grounds of Labs, etc), along with behaviors that the species has with certain creatures such as scavs or docile/passive-aggressive chads. Also loved that you called the AP Ammo a "mutation" rather than a variant or subspecies, as if it was some kind of freak of nature that shouldn't exist.

I’ve only used the mk18 with AP once… it feels terrifying that level of power

FYI M62 was shadownerfed months ago, it now has only a slightly higher pen than M80 and cannot compete with M61.

This is why we have SA-58, use them a lot in factory and other maps, just change the scope

Only time the SKS has failed me was when a player-scav threw a grenade, but mind, that was my only time so far using the SKS.

A new and rare breed of DMR Chad has been discovered... The HK G28 Chad. They are less likely to extensively modify their weapon, but retain high levels of lethality.

@@julianschimski7055 i had the same view as you have when I bought the game I played plenty of FPS games and thought that tarkov wouldn’t be different but the game smacked me almost as hard as a truck that’s how much i was wrong I can tell you. I have 667 hours invested into this game yet I can barely kill a player you know why? Cuz the mental part of losing your Gear that you worked so hard to get .i think that hardest part the get over to become from a decent player to a good one, you just hoped on your friends account and he probably was backseat gaming you to the extract so you could survive the part of you being scared to lose that gear isn’t there cuz it’s not your gear and you probably didnt even care if you lost it or not if you’re still reading this then let me tell you have a great day

You can tell whats prewipe with how fast you move and recoil reduction. man love this game.

I did not expect the Alpha stage. Pleasant surprise!

I don't even play Tarkov (I don't have the nerves of steel needed for PvP shooters) but I freaking love these videos. If I did start playing, I'd probably spend 90% of my time twiddling away with the gun customization though. Shit looks in-depth.

I killed a lone RSASS user once. I was a scav on reserve, using a vepr he had just killed about 2 scavs and all 4 rouges. He was looking down from the top of the hermetic door bunker roof. I just happened to realise he was coming down to go into the bunker complex past the hermetic door location. I laid down in amusement the other scav bodies. Watched as the last NPC scav walked right up to him as he appeared around the corner past the massive steal door to the bunker complex, gunning down the scav. As he came into full view I lifted my vepr sights and two tapped him in his head. This event was about 3 weeks ago… I still am using some equipment I got from that raid. Plus… I still have his fully decked out RSASS in my hideout as a memento from that lucky rat scav, only in EST event.
