Watching you reacting to this video feels like a next apprentice walking to the path that I've walked long ago, the feeling is awesome. Carry on fellow 👍🎸

Megadeth most likely didn't make it because it's the history of rock and not the history of metal. But then they had bands like Pantera and Metallica so I dunno.

Megadeth and Slayer were glaring omissions, but also the person who made this video has very little knowledge of rock music post 2000.

Unless I blinked and missed it, a lot of popular bands are missing (Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Queens of the Stone Age, Black Crowes, Heart, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, etc.). Strange. Love your channel tho.

Because they didn't innovate in their respective genres. The bands listed here are the ones that were at the forefront of their movements. Also take note of the song, Boston did near nothing other than More Than A Feeling but that song had a profound influence on the way rock songs were made there on out. This video is about how Rock music evolved not about the best bands in rock music.

I mean I for one would consider Barracuda, She Talks To Angels, and Man In The Box far more innovative than Daydream Believer, Carry On Wayward Son, and Don't Stop Believin' but maybe that's just me. Also you do know that More Than A Feeling isn't even Boston's highest charting song right.

Thanks for your reaction bruh, it's a cool and important video. Good music can be in the 50s, 60s and so on. Enjoy what your ear likes. And do what you want 😌PS: They play the songs a bit TOO short for me but maybe it gives you an idea! 😌

I picked up two artists that you said you don't know much about or haven't listened to them, and here are my suggestions: - Jimi Hendrix - Hey Joe (Live at Monterey)

Johnny Cash is Great! Try his No. 1 hit Ring Of Fire. And yes, The Mamas and The Papas/California Dreamin'. Try a few Beatles remixes, just type in Beatles Remixes. Anything by Queen from the 70's. Fleetwood Mac/The Chain. Pink Floyd/Meddle. I can't make the list too long. Good reaction.

The reason Megadeth are not on here was because whilst great they didn't innovate much. Anthrax brought Thrash to popularity and Metallica made it mainstream.
