Since no comments have been posted on this video after Karl publicly revealed it, I will bring this up. Karl has two other lawsuits threatened by Mitchell’s lawyer that Karl has mentioned in his most recent video. -The one you guys already know about is the one related to Karl’s video about Mitchell’s lawsuit against David. -The second one is about Karl’s video about how one of the best DK players made allegations of extortion against Mitchell. -The third one is about Karl’s video talking about the time Karl cheated in a speedrun over 20 years ago. The reason why this is related to Mitchell is because the AVGN Billy Mitchell meme was played in that video as a joke.

Update: the GameStop manager was found! His story contradicts Billy's. He says there was no way the cabinet could have been recorded off of since he installed the DK board and locked the cabinet with no recording equipment. The fact that Billy's alleged Mortgage Brokers gameplay was recorded with direct capture strongly suggests that he either didn't play that day at all, or played an entirely different game than the one he claims to have gotten the record on. This is confirmed by the Chairwoman of the convention claiming Billy only played for about 15 minutes before he claimed to have gotten the record. Add to that the pictures that show a red joystick on the machine, and there is literally no way Billy got his record on a legitimate arcade that day. We already knew that, but still.

Thank you! I've been wanting to do an updated version, in the form of a scripted and narrated vid laying out the important stuff. I don't think there are going to be any meaningful updates to the evidence at this point, not unless someone comes forward with something new.

Yeah and he claims to be all bent out of shape that Karl mentioned Billy might have something to do with Apollo taking his life. Yes Apollo had other stuff going on but does Billy seriously think he helped the situation? Actually he probably does because he's a narcissist. I wouldn't go that far, but his behaviour towards Apollo should be considered criminal. Those text messages are what made me go from thinking Billy is just a clown to believing he's evil.

It's really sad to see Walter Day exposed as basically a con man himself. He comes accross as very likeable and humble in his films, and I used to think he was probably a pretty cool guy. But the lies he's telling on Billy's behalf (not to mention Todd Todger's behalf) are so petty and preposterous. I was also disappointed to find out he maintained contact with the dude who got exposed as a child predator. What for? I mean, I guess that's his prerogative. But i don't know why you would stay on friendly terms with someone like that. You obviously can't trust someone who would do a thing like that for years and hide it. I respect the idea of hating the evil deed and not the evil doer, but that doesn't mean you should associate eith those types of people. Pardon my tangent, but I had respect for Walter Day before all this stuff came out.

I didn't even think about the no photos part of this. 2010 had the iPhone 3gs and possibly the iPhone 4. Both had pretty decent digital cameras for the time. You also had the Motorola Droid/Droid 2 with 5mp cameras. I remember this very clearly since my grandpa picked one up and it was unbelievable what you could do with it. He had it all the way up until 2013.

n95 had 5mp in 2006. there were so many camera phones not just only available but by default all phones had a camera in 2010, to the point that there were a few that didn't have a camera that made a point about it as a selling point. combined with that the audience who would care would be people who would have been quicker to pick up new tech.

@@ersatz_cats did you use headphones? dont use headphones when you listen, not all of us are wearing headphones, some are using their crappy tv speakers, and some have a sound bar or a surround speakers. I had to turn mine up louder than usual too

Are you going to consider other evidence like the evidence pack, or just take it from one source?

Are you referring to Billy's September 2019 evidence packet? There are plenty of citations and a few screencaps from that linked throughout the evidence summary. Unfortunately, Billy's own attempts to provide "evidence" don't reflect well on his case.

Does he fake his hot sauce sales numbers like his scores were the irs does he pay taxes on his appearance fees???

I am more of a Ron Paul Libertarian and believe the irs is corrupt, along with the Federal Reserve. But I still pay because as a follower of Jesus, he said to give to Cesar what is Cesar's.

Billy cheated because cheaters cheat to stay on top when their skills can't keep them there. He's a great retro gamer, much better than me but that's such a silly thing to be proud of. It's like being a great marble player or a great knitter.

Thank you!! I definitely want to write some more Todd Rogers related content at some point, probably more in the form of a historical narrative of how it all went down, but alas the Billy lawsuits are keeping my focus on his shenanigans for now. (Yeah, Todd keeps filing lawsuits, but they're dead-on-arrival jokes that are barely worth mentioning other than to laugh at.)
